Haha, love the curry and getting his own tea Lablover. I may have accidentally forgotten to put sugar in OHs cups of tea, or on very serious occasions pour the cup down the sink (both far more traumatic than not making him a cuppa in the first place) :rotfl:.
I constantly mention that when I'm off with the baby I will do what I can, but not to be too surprised if he comes home & all I've managed is to keep myself & baby alive and baby fed while he is out!!! I want him to get this through his head to reduce the likelihood of murder or worse if he comes in and asks what I've done all day... Don't mess with us women at all pregnant or not
That reminds me, he has a habbit of saying "Oh, the washing basket is getting full". I pointed out to him that I have never said this to him, when I notice I just take stuff out and wash it... men!!0 -
Dont get me started on the washing basket, I never get caught up because OH wears things for 5 mins and sticks in the basket. His friend was in waiting on him to go walking and he was getting boots on and then said " Have you washed my grey jumper yet?" to which I said if its not in wardrobe or drying on screen then no and he said to his friend "Theres clothes in the bottom of that washing basket that have been there since before Christmas , im running out of pants and socks" I just had to bite my tongue , I empty the basket every weekend and it takes him 2 mins to fill it back upThanks to MSE for making it possible for me save to buy my new flat , yay !!

I blame their mums. My MIl did everything for her 2 boys. And even now my FIL never lifts afinger with housework.
My OH is not too bad and never makes comments. But he does ask if something is clean, but its been lying on the floor at his side of the bed instead of the washing basket! The kids are better trained than him lol.
I do feel I should do more as im not working at the mo. Im an expert in making the place look clean even if it isnt. I hide things and pop bleach down the loo etc, that way it smells as if ive been busy
He is good at doing the cooking at the weekends, and 'man' jobs (that sounds rude!) if we need them done.
if I was working even part time though I would expect him to do more.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
oh and he would never think to just go and feed the kids at lunch time or bath them or anything like that. Apparantly thats up to me to decided when it happens and what their having. God knows how he would get on if (heaven forbid) anything should happen to me.
anyway thats enough OH bashing from me, i love him really.:D:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Ladies i've just had a really weird dizzy spell. I'm sat down so how it is even possible I don't know. Was eating sugary biscuits at the time too lol. Anyhow... bubs was quiet before and even now I don't feel right and bubs is going mental. Is this something I should phone the midwife about do you think? I hate to bother her in case she's labouring with someone in need or something but this doesn't feel 'right'.
Anything I can try to stop feeling dizzy? This is weird!Beautiful Baby Boy born 28 April 20110
