    On the subject of changing bags, is there any reason to get a proper changing bag or can I just use a big bag I already have?

    I got a changing bag free with my buggy so just used that but tbh I just used my normal bag half the time. DH's got a manbag so I occasionally used that or he used it if he was going out himself.

    Me and OH are off out on "date night" to the cinema. Might be our last for a good long while, so thought we'd make the most of the Orange 2-4-1.

    Going to howl at the full moon on the way back home and see if it helps get things going at all.

    Night ladies, and quality sleep wishes to all who need them.

    Evening ladies and bumps,

    In terms of spending I haven't spent much at all...maybe £50. We have been very lucky though with things being bought for us/given to us. Still need to get a couple of more expensive things like cot and breast pump.

    Good new about the GTT Ticklepenny.
  • Evening all!!
    I'm having a GRRRRRRR day today lol feeling fed up, uncomfortable and grumpy! According to DH i'm evil at the minute-which is probably why he left me to sleep on the sofa, undisturbed for 3 hours last night lol:rotfl:
    I'm feeling really restless about things not being organised, and I want it all done NOW! Although before I can start sorting out the baby stuff i have to get dh to get it all down from the loft, which may require a bit of nagging lol
    On the plus though, I did get a travel cot from the charity shop in town for 2 pound today!!!! It won't be used for a while, but will be handy when baby is bigger and we go to stay at the in laws, or if I need somewhere to put baby for 15 mins while I get on with bits, so that did cheer me up a little!
    Hope everyone else is feeling ok!!

    I found it useful to have lots of different compartments to organise things but there's no reason why you couldn't just use a regular bag.

    @sharkey - glad it all worked out for you in the end

    @the person looking for induction - personally not having a baby I probably can't comment. But I think from a scientific point of view, sex is the way to go. The fact that sperm has the same hormones they use in inductions, it makes perfect sense to me.

    @SJP - yay for reaching term :j
