Picked up a 2nd hand carrycot for my Sola last night . £53 rather than £115, so worth it as in fab condition. Baby that had outgrown it was so cute, though about stealing her but then decided I'd wait for Wriggle!

OH won £5 at poker last night which he's offered me towards the changing bag...

Morning Ladies. I had a terrible sleep last night, tossed and turned all night. DH has changed his flight and his due home on Sunday afternoon, cant wait very excited Sharkeybabe today!! Working today for a couple of hours and I really CBA but heyho will get me out of the house for a couple of hours.

Morning Lady bumps

thanks Ema....will give the MW or Dr a call later if it hasn't stopped....a shower helped to calm it down enough for me to get back over to sleep this morning but now I am awake it is back with a vengeance....think I might just phone the Drs anyways and maybe get in to see the practice nurse coz it's hurting when I pee again (sorry for TMI)

Hubby slept in for work coz I didn't hear the alarm go off and he is such a sound sleeper atm.....didn't disturb him at all last night when I was up and about which is a good thing (I think lol)

Sharkey glad hubby is coming home early it puts both your minds at rest and you can get a little hubby time in before little sharkey arrives, sorry you had a carpy nights sleep though,.....it may settle once hubby is home xxxx

RGB - I am hoping once hubby comes home that I will get a proper nights sleep, I think my trouble is that it is so quiet in the house and that is what is keeping me awake as when I stay at my dad's I always sleep well, think its just becoz I know someone is there. I'm excited that DH is coming home, but dreading it aswell coz now I will have to tidy the house.lol. It looks like a bomb has gone off in it and I just dont know where to start lol. If anyone has any nesting vibes can you please send them to me???

Nesting vibes on the way...I think I have them atm as I am constantly doing bots and pieces atm.....at present I have a basket of clothes in front of me that I am folding to take upstairs and put away lol.....

I find when hubby is out working at night I can sleep if I put on something like News 24 or along those lines as it is repetitive but takes away from being able to hear everything in the house....do you even have a wee CD player that you can use....my not sleeping is not down to anything like that atm unfortunately or I would be sleeping like a log lol

rgb - I have the television on constantly to try and get me over to sleep but it hasnt helped much - think my trouble is that I need to do something during the day apart from lounging about on the couch.lol. Maybe get on with the housework - to be fair though the babys room is pretty much completed and I just have to put all her clothes away.

Oh while I remember - are all you ladies washing all your baby clothes before baby wears them??

morning ladies, still havent spoke to OH. He crawled out of bed at 8pm but I went to bed shortly after.

Woken up to some bad news, a very close family friend who was like a surrogate dad to me and my brother, has passed away. He had cancer last year, beat it but it came back before Xmas. Life is so cruel sometimes. x

Hugs VB xx Feeling awful this morning , not sure if I will stay at work all day. Got a pain from around pelvic bone right up to belly button on my left hand side. Feels like a tugging feeling. Also feel really sick , scared to open my mouth incase I am Il be 17weeks on monday so hope its nothing serious. I never felt sick before , just had the pain and I assumed it was maybe my bump growing , now Im not so sure. Hugs to everyone that needs them

Actually your question on the washing of the clotheshas got me thinking Sharkey......does anyone know where I can get samples of different washing powders as I use one but I don't think it is non bio and I can't use certain powders in my washing machine as hubby has psoriasis....I need to find one that we can wash all the clothes with :S
