Anyway, onto better news, I have managed to get a job interview for saturday, which is good as there are only 100 jobs around here on jobcentre plus and most of them are specific for accountants or web developers so I was pleased to get an interview, even if it is for Primark. Better than nothing
So hope that'll go okay.
I feel humongous (sp) now, you ladies are talking about the weight you've put on, i've gone from 10.6st to 12.2st. Thats 24lbs isn't it? I'm only 32+2 :-(It's scary, I don't feel too big, I think most is bumpage, but I've definitely got fatter thighs, bum and lovehandles
I was sorting my clothes cupboard the other day and my pre-pregnancy jeans look tiny! It's hard to imagine I'll ever be able to fit into the again!

Apparently so. I've had her twice so far and I am to book my appointments with her so I guess I'll just try to be nice to her and hope she starts to be nice too or hope that she was just having a bad day on both occasions.A-Z Challenge: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
Good Luck to all who comp!

It says in my book that you gain weight on your thighs and bum but its to help with labour ?!?!? Not really sure how it helps, other than you will have a nice padded bum to sit on while in labour.i find it amazing how your body does everything for you.I cant believe the changes, my boobs look like someone elses , lolThanks to MSE for making it possible for me save to buy my new flat , yay !!

Afternoon all - sorry haven't read back properly but just back from my growth scan and bubs is not growing as he should and is below the 10 centile so I've got to have doppler scans every other day starting Friday. Just can't believe I've got another baby with IUGR again after all being good til now. On the upside I'm full term on Saturday.
Labour vibes to those who need them and hugs to all ladies and bumps. I'm off for a nap now as I feel drained xxVirtual Sealed Pot 2013 #41 - £69.27OJ born 25/01/110 -
I also have my heart set on a water birth, so would be interested in any experiences with them - how soon can you get in, how much did it help, did you tear having baby in water (sorry if asking for TMI) and was there anything you didn't like about it (gosh I'm nosey!).I want to know how wonderful it isOr am I dreaming?
It really does ease the pain and it's lovely... I did tear with DD1 but then I could have torn if she'd been born on dry land, who knows?!
I would have had a water birth with DD2 given half a chance but I was dilating ridiculously slow and by the time I was 5cm she was on constant monitoring and then shot out 45mins later anyway so they wouldn't have had time to fill the pool up for me lol... (Also, I'm a lot fatter than I was the first time around and they made a couple of little comments about getting me out of the water in an emergency... But they did start filling it up so they couldn't have been that concerned... They just pulled the plug out when they realised I was only 3cm lol)gratefulforhelp wrote: »You do not have to put up with this. I will tell them my weight (I tell the truth) but I refuse to be "popped on the scales" as they call it.
It is mostly unnecessary.
I do keep thinking about jumping on the wii fit just out of curiosity, I don't think it will be as bad as the last one, this baby doesn't appear to have a sweet tooth like DD2 so there is no danger of an ice cream shortage round here this time...
Sarah, really sorry to hear that but at least they are aware and they can keep a very close eye on youA very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I would like a water birth too , but the chances of getting it at my hospital are slim , they only have one pool. It appealed to me because whenevr Ive had bad period pains a bath always makes it betterThanks to MSE for making it possible for me save to buy my new flat , yay !!

There was only one pool at my hospital when I had DD1, My sister just kept mentioning it to every midwife I saw that I wanted to go in the pool... They probably got sick of us saying and put me in there to shut me up lol...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls...
