    Hi

Just added my name to the list (hope I've done it right :o). This will be baby no 3 for me (already have 2 daughters).

I had a rough night last night too - lots of cramping waking me up so in a bit of a huff this morning, but nothing like a mood to get me motivated to do stuff!

Hi Pipersky - Nice to meet you!

VroomBroomm-some people are very generous, that was really nice!

I kept getting a pain in the middle of my ribs when I turned over last night...not pleasant. She is definately reaching the rib area now as i have been having pains last few days like i am stretching up there.

    Morning All

maybe there was something about last night because I was up and down like a yo yo for the whole night. Bump was going nuts last night so I couldnt get comfy. Needless to say I am in a grump this morning :o

    Welcome pipersky and congrats :j

Just a quickie from me to say the sun is back wahoo!! Always makes me feel a bit better.

Hope all you lovely ladies and bumps have a nice sunny day. We are off for a meal with OH's family so I gotta go decide what I can wear that gives enough room to stuff my belly ;)

MV - maybe's babys lack of movement is because its coming to meet you soon :j

OH is in the doghouse today. He went out drinking last night and came home completely blotto. Left a trail of shoes, clothes etc on the way to the bedroom. I got up to tidy, so I didn't trip over them on my frequent nightly loo visits and came back to bed to find him comotosed and sprawled like a starfish. So I, at 39 weeks pregnant, had to go and sleep on the sofa

What if I had gone into labour last night - apart from the fact he would have been useless, I would have been mortified in front of the midwives.

Yes ladies, you may suggest suitable punishments ....

Oh God - that's my worst nightmare! OH has been banned from any drinking sessions for the whole of January and indeed until the birth! He's going out tomorrow but I trust him to just have one pint just in case!

Baby shower went well yesterday, only 5 people came in the end but that's fine as I only have 6 places for people to sit (5 places on sofas and a bean bag!) so actually it worked out for the best! Got some lovely gifts, I'm very lucky x

  • Went to Church this morning & the baby either loved or hated the music as it went nuts kicking & wriggling away LOL I think it's had a growth spurt as it's kicks are a lot more noticeable & my bump is growing fast.

Yes i do have one, i have a hi bebe one with the heart monitor display. Its fab, well it was fab, i could hear heartbeat between 15-17wks and now i can never find it, the mw has trouble aswell.

Im actually listing mine on ebay tonight :)

Every dream i had last night involved me having the baby but DH was never with me and i was so lonely :( but baby was 7lbs! I hope i do have a small one, Lily was nearly 10lbs and all her newborn clothes didn't fit :(

That was me asking about dopplers but I changed my mine and cancelled my order. As a hypochondriac I think it's best if I don't fuel my worries.

I'm still so far off meeting baby but SO worried about how big it'll be. I was the longest baby in the ward when I was born and I was born at the biggest hospital in Portugal! :P But yeah my family have been buying a few sleepsuits and things and I'm just worried because I was too long for newborn clothes at birth. They went on but the tops and trousers didn't meet up :rotfl:

I have only bought 0-3 clothes so far. Me and OH are both tall and I was 9 pound 7 born and he was 10 pound 5 so I am expecting a long or large baby!

It the baby comes early or is small then OH will be making a trip to a 24 hour tesco for some smaller clothes lol
