Congratulations kat!
In bed this morning i could feel my bumpit was very hard and more on the left as if it fell that way when i was asleep
Duemarch, im exactly 20weeks on xmas day0 -
to Kat - glad to hear all is well. Lovely name
I do wish that baby wouldn't play games with me by being less active - it gets me a little worried. I expect he/she is just having a lazy day but I much prefer it when they are a wriggly little pickleOne day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -
Fairyshazza, our dust speck is exactly the same. Some days they are riverdancing on my cervix, then others nothing!
Very annoying and worrying. I tend to find once I've eaten it prompts a bit of movement.0 -
P.S Fairyshazza, I decided to order the Pebble on Boots y'day and it wouldn't accept my voucher, very annoying. Will have to ring customer services today. did you have a look at the Cabrio on there? they have some good discounts on car seats at the minute.0

:jCongrats to Kataratarina:j
Sorry ive not read back too much everyone havent been around as on Tuesday I was stuck in bed with food poisoning!!!! oh my word it was awful I woke up around 5am and something wasnt right woke oh up and I was shaking and told him I really didnt feel ok half an hour later I was attached to a bucket and there I stayed for the whole day!
spoke to midwife who just said stay in bed and dont eat was panicking lots about bump but midwife said itd be ok
Yesterday I went back to the doctors who signed me off until my maternity leave so thats one weight off my shoulders(this is for something that was prior to the food poisioning anyway) I ate a few bits and pieces yesterday nothing big.
Today I am much better about to attempt breakfast so hopefully thatll be ok. I better be ok by Saturday as I have a birthday meal planned
Saw the info on the hip grant thanks all I wasnt aware of it at all so I might mention it when I go to the midwife nextThank you
Hope all bumps, bundles and mummys are okxx
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

I wonder why it wouldn't take your voucher? That is very annoying! Glad you decided to order it - makes sense to get it while it's on offer at the end of the day really.
I've just had a look at the Cabrio on there and am trying to work out the best place to get it from. We've already decided we would like the deep red colour
It's £93.75 at Boots, I could order it online to be delivered to store, use the £5 parenting code which would take it down to £88.75 and get 744 points on my Advantage Card. Not sure if there are any other codes available - I don't think I got a 20% off voucher in my latest parenting club mailing from them
At Amazon it's £95 with free delivery and I have the £50 off so that would make it £45 plus I could get points on my Nectar card. Again not sure if there are any other codes around would have to investigate that.
Hmmmm decisions decisions! I spoke to OH last night and he agreed that we should order it sooner rather than later and definitely before the VAT increases. If I can get a good deal on the seat then we will probably use the money we've saved to get the base at the same time.
It would be nice if the money were to go in for my HIP grant over the next week or so as I think that is what we are planning on using it forOne day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -
Oops, I'm planning on using my HiP grant towards a new dining table - lol....x0

The 20% off car seats voucher for Boots is P C T A 9 7 without the spaces. See if it works for you? It might be cos I'm trying to use it on a car seat that is already reduced. Although that is unfair if that's the case.0

I tried to use this when I bought mine, it didn't work even then. In the end we spoke to customer services who advised to buy it online then ring them back and they'd refund the difference. Worked well for us as we got the cashback on the full price and the advantage card points on the full price! My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

It's worked for me and on one that is already reduced - I would definitely phone up customer services and see why it isn't working for youIt won't let me use the £5 off a £20 or over spend code form the parenting club by the looks of things with it though but thats me just tryign to push my luck I think!
In that case I am very tempted to order the seat from Boots and then get the Isofix base from Amazon as then I could get a discount on the two of them
Don't forget you can get cashback when ordering from Boots tooOne day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170
