I wish I could oblige you with a birth princess coupon - all has gone quiet with me and I'm bored of maternity leave already! I've done all the interesting jobs I had to do and I'm left with all the boring ones! But I'm sure Catw0man has had her baby by now - it sounded like she was on the verge of giving birth when she last posted.

Welcome Melissa. Do you know if you are having a boy or a girl?

Re flu jab: I had a combination jab which was both swine flu and normal flu. The person who gave it to me said there were no risks to the vaccine in pregnancy, but sometimes if things happen to go wrong by chance afterwards, people may blame it on the vaccine. However, swine flu can hit pregnant women much more severely than non-pregnant women - there were a lot of pregnant women in intensive care with swine flu last year.

Hope all is going well for you all!

Lol I'll let you off I know you don't mean it really!

There is another lady pregnant with me in work, she is a couple of weeks further along than me though, and she used to regularly dash past me for the toilet at various times in the day, mouthing "b1tch" at me with a smile everytime she was going past!

She hasn't got this excrutiating tiredness I have and she is glowing now the MS has passed for her whereas I still look like death warmed up!

I am beyond emotional today, the slightest thing is sending me into tears and Cutterby I am a blubbing mess after reading this. :o

Sorry Dusty!!!! I think maybe hormones - and the fact Moo isn't here right now and that I miss her horribly much when she's not here - may have clouded my view for a brief minute there - we've had some moments, believe me!!! :o Hugs and tissues to mop up your tears xxx
My sister had chronic ear problems as a teen my Mam used to warm a few drops of olive or almond oil on a spoon (not too hot or you'll burn yourself) !!!! her head to the side and pour it in, keep head cocked for a minute or 2 then put cotton wool in to collect it coming back out and you can straighten up. It should unblock in under 5 minutes.

My mum also used to do this - I always thought she was mad but if other people do it too... Maybe I was wrong!

    No news yet Charlie?

    Welcome Melissa :)

Still no sign of getting better Icey? :(

I just had a cheese sandwich, a packet of Hula Hoops and a Kit-Kat - yuuummmm!! I shan't mention the two jam tarts I had with a cup of tea earlier... Whoops! :rotfl:

Well just got back from A & E.
Got up this morning to find pink blood on wiping (on recurrant wipings as well). Called midwife who said go to a&e.
got there at 7.15am and just got home ouch.
Had scan and babys fine although camera shy (think i will be team yellow against my will at this rate) Checked cervix no more blood there.
Have no idea what it was they have swabbed for infection and will let me know if there is anything there.

Scared me to death. And still a little nervous now.
Have consultant appointment on thursday so i can at least have another check up.
