If i were you i'd give them a call to check out whats happening. It may save you the cost of court fees and the extra time you will have to wait for your money. Good luck
I sent the LBA letter and have just had an acknowledgement back from the Halifax, stating they will reply to me by 15th June.
I'm about to issue court proceedings on Monday, is it worth me calling them before I issue court proceedings?
If so, does anyone have a direct telephone number please?
My claim is only for £330:000 -

My claim is for £220 plus intrest, and now the court costs. Might be worth a quick call could save you the fee and the extra waiting, you might even have an offer in the post. I'am reclaiming from the card services and it might not be the same department so i don't have a number for them i am affraid.0 -

Welly
YOUR NOT COMPLAINING, you're asking for the charges back, totality different matter, if Halifax wish to treat it as a complaint, that's up to them.
You have given them a time frame in which to refund your charges back, keep within the time-scale, and move onto the next stage.0 -
