ok thanks..
ill ignore it...
and if i get any more letters simply do the same?
anyone on here been through this with them as yet?
Yes lots of people have ignored them, do you think Martin Lewis would allow bogus advice on his website ? 60%-70% of invoices are ignored a ppc admitted in the Sunday Times, that would mean almost 2m tickets not paid, one ppc admitted to never taken anyone to court, do you now understand the scale of people ignoring, why quote a case 3 years ago if they took anyone to the small claims? They should have hundreds of thousands they could quote, the whole business is built around a lie and scam!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Why do you think this is OK ? Just wondering, as I occasionally get people parking on my private land, when challenged they are invariably only going to be a couple of minutes.
When I offer to rent them my land or even sell it to them they seem to think "I have a problem" which of course I do.
What would you do if on your return home you found someone parked on your drive for a couple of minutes ?
What you probably don't realise that the vast majority of "private land" patrolled by PPCs are places where the public are invited to park, such as supermarket car-parks and retail parks. Then, when a motorist breaks one of the PPC's silly rules, such as overstaying for a few minutes , or having a tyre touch a white-line then the PPC demands a penalty charge which bears no relation to the actual loss suffered by the landowner. That's the sort of PPC activity we object to.What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

I have no problem with anyone parking in car parks as you describe but I do not see why I should leave my vehicle on the public road when I have a parking space on my own land.
Maybe OP was in a situation such as you describe, it isnt clear.0 -

Is the picture of a house for sale pertinent?
How about a gate?0 -
Are you saying that someone parks there uninvited or are you hypothesising?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

If you had just looked at the busy parking board this tiny little thread is posted on you'd realise that Roxburghe/Graham White are mentioned almost everywhere.
See the whole board view and read the stickies at the top, then any other threads:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/...play.php?f=163
Start by looking at the stickies by Crabman, watching the Watchdog link on there and seeing the letter-chain you will get from Graham White/Roxburghe. Then read on, you will soon understand what this is all about and that you are safe to ignore.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
