Some nice photos. Mags_cat, superb shot of sunset with reflections in the windows.
Have found-out this evening that Colchester Photographic Society have placed all their member's DPI entries on the site. My gallery is HERE feel free to browse.
By going to the homepage, you can access the other members galleries. They are well worth a look.Never Knowingly Understood.

Hello
Please can I join in too !?! The pictures on here are really good . Ive always had an interest in photography and keep meaning to do a course in it or google for more info for better pictures, but never seem to get round to it
My camera is only a basic one , so I wont be able to add any fantastic ones like already on here , but i think it will make me think further about angles , lighting etc other than ebay pictures and dd at the park ..lolEbay Bag A Day Challenge 2012- :staradmin

Sorry contemplates, I have my head elsewhere at the moment. I do want to keep up with the thread as it is helping me to learn about the camera. I just dont always get time to get out with it so miss deadlines etc. Happy to have a new challenge and will see if I can get off my behind long enough to get it out of its pouch. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Keys... Welcome and please do join in! No such thing as a basic camera, it's all about how it's used, and there is no better way to improve than sharing and studying others photos!
Cheri don't worry about being busy- it happens to us all. The only reason I'm so keen and am able to keep pace is because I'm off work sick at the mo and my camera is helping to keep my spirits up, so don't be feeling bad.
So far EH has been our taskmaster and she has been setting us some great subjects, but I'm guessing she too is v busy unfortunately. Hopefully she pops in again soon tho.
In the meantime, shall we keep with the Monday deadlines, if someone wants to suggest a new challenge?:)DFW'ers photography comp member no. 60 -
Sounds good and I really know what you mean about the camera keeping up your spirits. I think part of my problem is just not getting motivated for various reasons. I am sure that EH will not mind us going ahead with the next challenge. Were there not a couple of suggestions posted a few pages back (the change came from there) so perhaps we could use one of those. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. My fellow CPS members use cameras ranging from 6.2M/p point and shoot all the way up to 25M/p full-frame DSLR's. But when scaled to 1400x1050 pixels for use in our DPI competitions, you couldn't tell the difference.Never Knowingly Understood.
