After the fiasco last Christmas, you'd think they would have tried to fix the problem. But no, again those of us who have children with a disability have to endure it all over again.
I know i'll get it eventually, but it's no good getting cold weather payments when the bad weathers gone. you need them when its at its worst.
Can I ask how long the delay was last year before payments filtered through?0 -
Mine never came through, meant to chase it up but then middle son got rushed into hospital, eldest son was going through a diagnostic process and it completely slipped my mind.
I will be more on the ball this year though.....We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
