Cold Weather Payments

2nd payment has gone into bank this morning so it seems that they go into bank accounts on a Wednesday after the weekend scan.

just 1 more payment to go now which i would think will be next wednesday.

Hi everyone just want to confirm my second payment going in to my account this morning also so check your account if you are waiting for one. Like Rich said above it seems to be wednesdays as I got my first payment last wednesday and this is the 2nd so I would think the 3rd payment will be wednesday the 22nd december. Don't know why some people haven't recieved their first payment yet but it might be something to do with what office deals with your area. I don't know what office delas with me but I'm in Devon.

My office is Chester.

2nd payment in today (CF72)- triggered last Thursday evening, so 6 days since the trigger for payment to go into bank on both occasions. Not sure if there will be a trigger tomorrow evening as I think temps were up a little last Saturday/Sunday.

3rd payment in account today CF44 for period 7th to 14th DEC trigger was set on 7th so 8 days to receive payment

I rang late last week as no payments have been received and have told to ring back after Christmas...mine too is because of having a disabled child on the tax credits (plus me being on IS and receiving carers allowance).

They do really take the mick! Why should we have to wait until after christmas! I was told to ring Monday if I hadn't recieved mine by then(now owed 2)

3rd trigger on Monday for Boscombe area weather station, 2nd payment made into bank today, 1st last wednesday - it does seem like the triggers go on a Monday and the payment on the wednesday in the following week as others have said

Both my triggers were on Thursday evening. I suppose it depends on which day (the 1st day of the seven days) the 0 degree or under in the weatherstation area begins.

I have had two triggers in CF72, the last was last THursday and the Thursday before, so if this week from that day has been triggered there won't be another until tomorrow (Thursday) anyway. If however there isn't a third tomorrow evening, (because I think Saturday was above 0 degrees) a future trigger may happen on a different day of the week.
