Hello ,My aunt is 90 and lives in Pudsey ,West Yorks,I keep looking on the gov site and it says she has had two triggersto which she has received not one payment yet,she said she called on fri to ask about payments, but she said she had to call Dundee.

I received one payment out of two triggers for the Milton Keynes area and the address on my pensions letter is Cardiff, could anyone advise me if the pensions Yorkshire area comes under Dundee Scotland, and Milton Keynes under Cardiff,Wales ???I presumed all OAP pensions came from Cardiff????as I have promised to enquire for her on Monday,as she easily gets confused.
    thank you

Hi thanks Richard, yes she is on pension credit and received cold weather payments last year as of every other year,I wouldnt ask but she has storage heaters and is worried sick at the ammount her bill is going to be ,I am an OAP also but have meters and may struggle but at least I know NO EXTRA LARGE BILL (sorry not shouting)to drop through my letter box, also I live down here in Milton Keynes so not as cold as Leeds well she is in Pudsey ,much warmer here believe me I grew up in Leeds and still remember how cold it was up there, when the winds roar in from the Pennines it feels like the Artic.

I promised I will check for her this monday but just unsure as where I call to enquire ,Dundee or Cardiff,I told her where her weather station Linton on Ouse is, and its over 30 miles away, that seems quite far away, seeing as Milton Keynes comes under Cranfield which is only 3 or 4 miles away at the most

Thank you so much for your reply and help

yes dundee PS centre does cover her area, as far as I am aware the scans that show the payments issued are not in yet, so will not be able to check if they have been issued, she will need to check her account as sometimes payments have gone in before people get their letters so I would do that first before phoning. also bearing in mind the letter states it takes up to 14 days for payments which are not done through the Pension Centres
