Cold Weather Payments

i havent recieved mine as of yet.. but i have contacted the DWP and they say im 100% getting them.. its just theyve had loads to deal with and so i should have both by the end of next week either by giro or into my account..

Hi. sorry if this question has been asked but me and my friends are trying to figure out if I will be entitled to cold weather payments. i am a single mum with a 5 yr old.

thank you i am in income support, forgot to put that. I had heard that i wouldnt be entitled because my son is 5 now so thats really good news. thanks again

Income Support and Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance

If you are in receipt of Income Support or Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance, you will usually receive Cold Weather Payments if you also have any of following:

• a disability or pensioner premium
• a child who is disabled
• Child Tax Credit that includes a disability or severe disability element
• a child under five living with you
