    I recieve income support and my son gets high rate care dla. Recieved cwp last year. Only difference in circumstances is that my son has turned 5

    It will be the same as mine that is paid through Child Tax credit. There was a delay in payment last year as the payments have to be done manually apparently!

    We qualify and havnt received one yet. Two phone calls later and apparently they havnt got the disability part of our clkaim noted. Have been told to wait until next Tuesday and ring back then

    3rd trigger for my area today too.

    I rang late last week as no payments have been received and have told to ring back after Christmas...mine too is because of having a disabled child on the tax credits (plus me being on IS and receiving carers allowance).
    We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
    Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
