Cold Weather Payments

Hi I am trying to find out what benefits you have to be in reciept of to get cold weather payments, I am on ESA contribuition and income based I get child tax credits and money to help pay my mortgage I have 2 dependant children and 2 olders ones that live with me I am seperated. Thanks

is the esa in the main phase ie did you pass medical how old are the dependent children

Most of you are on your 3rd and 4th ....lol I recevied my 1st last Fri 10th Dec and my 2nd Wed 15th Dec BB3 area

I think its terrible that have to wait so long for these payments.. my house is freezing and i put about £15 a week if not more on gas.. and have had 3 triggers but no payments..

Hi, i'm sorry to ask (as many have already probably have) I am currently getting long term incapacity benefit and i think i get the disability premium ( i called the i.b line to ask and she said the disability premium was to do with DLA which i didn't believe) i remember seeing it written on my housing benefit form. If I am to get cold weather payments the first is over due but 3 days (its been 17 days)
My question is am i entitled. no one has told me!

Hi does anyone know what number i should phone to find out when the CWP will be paid, it has been 3 weeks since the first trigger

Had the 3rd trigger for SL2 - don't know when it was as I haven't checked in a week. Payment not here yet.

Hi, my area has just had it's fourth trigger and two payments have so far been paid. I've noticed in many cases the payments seem to be paid out roughly three weeks after the weather station has been triggered.
