If I am to get cold weather payments the first is over due but 3 days (its been 17 days)
My question is am i entitled. no one has told me!
You say you have IB, I'm afraid I don't know whether this qualifies you if you also receive disability premium.Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
If you are in receipt of Income-related ESA, you will usually receive Cold Weather Payments if you also have any of the following:- the support or work-related component of ESA
- a severe or enhanced disability premium
- a pensioner premium
- a child who is disabled
- Child Tax Credit that includes a disability or severe disability element
- a child under five living with you

IB is a contribution based benefits. You can't get CWPs on contribution based benefits.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
