That really depends what you want. Free ones are the best lol.. you can just uninstall them if you don't use/like them. Go *shopping* on the market and have some fun!

2 apps which may be useful are "Chrome2Phone" and "Phone2Chrome"
Basically they let you send a link from either the chrome browser to your phone or the other way around...

    *Note*
Phone2Chrome uses dropbox so you'll need a dropbox account for it to work...

Note the 2 diffrent apps mentioned...

    1) "Chrome2phone" Like you said, sends pages direct to android phone.

    2) "Phone2Chrome" sends page links to a dropbox file which a plugin for chrome on your PC keeps an eye on then notifies you of a change.

I've got: the Amazon Kindle app (brilliant, well recommended) Angry Birds and Angry Birds Seasons (WARNING! Both are incredibly addictive) also just downloaded Angry Birds Rio. BBC IPlayer (dont know if this is any good) Instant Heart Rate, Yahoo Mail (this is very good) Photoshop Express, TweetDeck, (I've got three Twitter apps now - this, Twitter for Android and Peep) Shazam and Talking Tom Cat (this is funny) any others I've missed?

No idea use Firefox Fox To Phone does not require Dropbox .
Chrome 2 Phone on phone no Dropbox .

Chrome 2 Phone is an a Android app that lets you send stuff (without Dropbox) but only from Chrome Browser .Third party extension for Firefox Fox2Phone . Both sent Via Google account/Gmail account .

Presume that the dropbox work around is non Google support for other browsers .

I wonder why this thread is only for free apps, there are some useful apps that are only £1-3 and it is a shame they cannot be discussed here, because they are not free.

Don't think I've seen this mentioned but haven't read all the previous pages but an invaluable app if you've lost your phone:

    - firstly turns your phone on if it is off and volume up to full and starts ringing your phone - so great if its lost
    - secondly if you have gps on then it can track exactly (more or less) where your phone is and give you an address/map link (great if stolen!)

My son says a friend at school has a similar app on his iphone which takes a photo and sends it back to you - so you can catch this thief in action - loving it! Apparently it lets the thief think they've got into your phone if they've put the wrong code in but it just gets them into this app that takes the photo. :rotfl:
