Some of my favourites which haven't been mentioned yet:

- Dolphin internet browser: fast with tabs

- Folder Organiser: the only app I've paid for! Hugely customisable.

- Proximity Wifi: recognises my Wifi connection as soon as I walk through the door and turns it on; turns it off again when I leave so no faffing around with schedulers

- timeout3g: turns off 3G when you turn off the screen so saving your battery life; turns it on again when you turn the screen back on

- train times UK: someone mentioned paid version but the free version works just fine

Thanks so much to the one who recommended Audiogalaxy... I was going to buy a 32gb micro sd to store all my music but now I might not need to bother!

Just tried thomson local. Truly useless. Tried banks, cinemas and fuel. Nothing local about any of them.
