    Thanks dizzy and psychopathbabble!

I am now part way through my second large mug of coffee (yeah, water would have been better:o) and have (slightly) deadened the hunger.

I have decided that the boost of caffeine will be put to good use..... I am going for a walk/jog as a divertion tactic:eek:

With any luck I will be able to run fast enough to shake off the fairies. At worst I will have killed some time before dinner :D

You could make syn free quiche....thats lovely cold

packets of savoury rice with chopped salady bits & ham/egg

Ainsley cous cous with yog&mint sauce & cold meat

How about making some free soup and taking it in a flask?

Although if you are really actually hungry then definitely eat something!

Don't worry I won't stop eating - I just know that it is a craving and not proper hunger. I will eat some fruit when I get back if I'm still hungry

    Catch you all later. Cat.

Theres loads of variations of it, but the topping bit is usually the same. I do a veggie one thats nomnomnom and cheap as chips.

frylight fry some onion, peppers, and a pinch of flaked chilli (or can use fresh)

In an ovenproof dish lay some cooked chopped new potatoes and the cooked veggies.

in a dish put a tub of cottage cheese & 4 eggs a good amount of salt & pepper to season. beat it all together & pour over the veggie mix.

Bake in the oven 180 for about 30-40 mins until firm to touch. serve hot or cold. free on green & EE (if you didnt use spuds it would be free on red too)

Some people put ham in the bottom as a base but Ive not tried that one. Its also nice if you have any fresh chives to put in the topping.
