Evening all,
Here's the food plan for my day:
B - porridge [heb], banana (I had them combined today, and OMG a whole new level of lushness was discovered!)
L - 3 slices bacon, 2 eggs, mushrooms, tomato, beans
D - 1 quorn sausage, 2 BGTY sausages (1 syn), mash, leeks, carrots, cabbage, gravy (2 syns)
Snacks - plum
HEA - 250ml milk for cuppas & porridge
I'm still aware that I've had very few syns again. I think I'm afraid to use them during the day, in case I overeat. I was hungry for lunch early, so started to cook that at 11.45, thinking it was better to just eat a proper meal, than snack. I've been shopping again today to top up on mullers, and have got some twin kitkats to have as a treat in the evening with a cuppa, if I fancy them. I don't want to undermine my week by not having the syns. When I mentioned it to my BF he couldn't understand how it could be a problem if I wasn't hungry, and would be eating for eating sake... can anyone explain it to me?
BF is also going to enquire about getting us a joint m/ship at the gym again. Mine lapsed a year ago, after the aircon broke there, and I couldn't go because I got too warm there (it's now fixed). One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Morning all from a very tired Lisa! It's my Mum's birthday today so last night I baked her a cake....will be having a small slice but not much else syns wise today so should be ok. It's only a plain ginger bread loaf, no icing or buttercream so could be much worse!! I'm going green today as I couldn't be bothered to make anything complex for my packup so I just grabbed a potato and a tin of beans to microwave....simples!
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - jacket potato, beans
Tea - chicken (HEB), HM potato wedges, salad, coleslaw (syns depend on if I buy it or make my own!), salad cream (1), cake (10?)
Snacks - lots of fruit.0 -

Sorry to use you as an illustration PsycoB nothing aimed at you in anyway but I never stop being amazed at the differences between sizes and weight with different people.
I am 5' 8ish and weigh now 12st 5lb and a size 12 would no where near fit me :rotfl::rotfl: to be a size 12 ....from distant memory I need to be in the 11 stone range."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

I'm also 5'8ish and I get uncomfortable in size 12s if I go above 10 and a half stone! My target weight is 9 and a half stone, I've been there before and still struggled to get into a 10 in trousers. Weird isn't it?!0 -

Them pesky fairies have been out in full force - I've been off the waggon for the past two days and even missed weigh in last night (hangs head in shame). Back on the plan today tho!0
