    Thank you for looking :A

I don't think it was that one - it was a square box, with salad leaves and chicken in it as well as the cous cous. It was delicious though - bound to be more than 1 syn 'cause it had raisins in it. Unfortunately, I couldn't really take the packaging home from the meeting - they already know I'm odd...that would have made it worse :D

Your very welcome. It might not be as bad as you think as I eat the Batchelors Savoury Rice Mild Curry which is syn free on green and that has raisins in it too!:D

That sounds more like it - though it was a Tesco version. It had "stuff" in the cous cous - raisins, chickpeas, chopped veggies, a few seeds and there was some chilli sauce to put over it. Very tasty :D

7 1/2 feels about right for what it was - I'll go with that. Thanks :T
  • I've just ordered this for my Tesco on-line grocery shop which I get next week and is only 61p! Will let you know what it is like!:D

Tesco Light Choices, Roasted Vegetable Couscous Snack in a Pot, ambient 60g pot

    Evening all,

Not been too good the last two days, yesterday I had an awful day at the office which meant my appetite did a disappearing act and I barely ate a thing. Today I've scoffed pizza and garlic dough balls! oh well I'm going to forget all this and get back on track tomorrow :)

Any chance of the recipe for this one please, MrsM? It sounds wonderful. I had a quick look through your posts but couldn't see it on the first few pages, unless it was hidden in the body of the post. I was lazy and just looked at the titles :D
  • Evening all!
WI yesterday and over the moon as I stayed the same! :j
This was such a good result considering the weekend away I had! Have decided to be soooo good from now on, really felt the fear last night as I stepped on the scales and thought that my good work would be undone!
Can anyone recommend a really good fitness DVD to do a couple of times a week? I go running, but not in the rain! Need an indoor activity for back up! Heard Davina is pretty good, anyone tried that or anything else?
    Thanks lovelies,
    Bob Cat x

Don't worry Hun - we've all done this when our stress levels rise. It's hard to get back on track once you've gone off; so well done for being so determined!:T:T

Well done you!:T I've got the fear of the scales tomorrow - not looking forward to it! Going to a different night's WI last week really threw me off track that week; altho I have been on Plan since last Thursday so I'm not really sure what the scales will show??
