Had a bad couple of days, collapsed on way home yesterday after meeting son off bus [glad he was with me] struggled home with him holding me up and flaked out on sofa for couple of hours so food was hit and miss with no fruit at all. Have a DR appointment in morning with fasting blood test too so no brekkie . Will mention the collapse though.

    Good morning all

And Boy oh Boy is it a cold one -we have been given severe weather warnings.. now that has to be bad out here  this has to be the first one I have ever known of.... So I have been out and re-filled the bird table and water pots and they are going crazy out there... although as they are flying they are going in whatever direction the wind wants :rotfl:
Well done on the losses :T and hugs to those feeling poorly, and to those with itty bitty gains -they will soon come off again ;)
BlackberryRum - Believe it or not there are no photos ... it is the first time I have known them not have a photographer.. normally Im runing for cover :rotfl:this time I was prepared for 1 pic at least

Well, hubby IS on duty today so Im having another green day and it looks like this:-
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 2 clementines
    • apple
    • jacket potato
    • cheese triangle (2)
    • beetroot
    • apple
    • blood orange
    • 110g rhubarb yoghurt (2)
    • 50g dry weight pasta
    • leeks
    • onions
    • peas
    • corn
    • 28g cheddar (A)
    • fibre plus bar (B)
    • activia (2.5)
    • orange
    • apple
so thats 2A+1B and 6.5syns accounted for ...so that leaves me a heB and 8.5syns "just in case" -I like to be prepared in case the munchies attack whilst Im on my own :p. Now I don't usually have the same meal twice-but the pasta last night was sooooo scrummy (and quick n easy) that Im having it again :D

Right I will get off.... keep safe n warm everyone and keep up the great work :T

Where is Dizzy? Hope she hasn't left :( i think she was due an op around about this sort of time?

my day is looking quite promising, and i'd quite like it to be low syn but I never promise myself that because something usually comes up!

B: dry fried potato, egg and tomatoes (drool) with ketchup (1)
snack was a satsuma. Or clementine, not sure of the difference :o

lunch is still anyone's guess with the workmen around and relying on the parents too cook it, but if I get a vote i'm going for the chicken & mushroom pasta & sauce mum bought me the other day, with some nice bits chopped up and bunged in :)

Dinner is probably going to be the beef stew again, so I'll have to keep a B choice for that (green day methinks due to lack of control over 1/3 of plate being superfree, but then again luckily my parents are where I get my love of vegetables from). Plus i'd like to save my other healthy B for the fibre plus bar - glad people still reckon theyy are a nice treat :) A healthy A for the (increasingly rare, really must complain) coffees that the parents are serving as room service, and i think thats the day more or less shaping up.

Just had a thought, and that is that I could measure waist/arms etc in an effort to keep an eye on weight, since I can't stand on scales for a while. Does anybody do this, and if so how frequently do you do it? I am concerned that weekly won't show much of a difference. Hmmm...?

    Happy slimming everybody!

Hi everyone. Hugs to all who are ill or injured.

It's just started snowing again here, I'm soooooo sick of it! The last lot hasn't gone yet and now we're getting more! It is quite wet though as its been raining for hours so hopefully it won't settle much.

I went to WI last night and hald put on 0.5lb. I didn't expect much as I lost 1.5lbs last week and now I'm sooo close to target (3lbs to go!!!) I find it really hard to lose 2 weeks in a row. I'm not sure if I'll go to WI this week. I'm out on my normal WI day for a meal, I could go to another class on Thurs instead but it'll depend how busy I am (and how much I've eaten!!). I have a meal out tomorrow night and drinks too and the meal on WI day but I'll be driving that night and we're going for an Indian so I should be able to make healthy choices there.

    Today I'm going green:

    Brekkie - 2 small bananas
Lunch - tomato rissotto, 1 laughing cow (Part HEA), Hifi (HEB), pear
Tea - chicken and veg stir fry (HEB) with noodles and maybe some SW chips.

    Hello guys,

sorry to hear about all the injuries and general illness going round.

had a good dinner last night of roasted sweet potato and butternut squash pieces with some pork casserole.

not a good start to today though, had a hospital appointment this morning and by the time i got seen and got to work i was starving so grabbed a cinnamon swirl from starbucks - bit too scared to go online and see how many syns that was!!!
will try to be syn free for the rest of the day though.

edit - bloomin eck - that cinnamon swirl was 21.5 syns!!!!!
