Hi Alison - I put it through as green, and said there was veggie free food in it and it came back as 26 calories per pack - making them just under a syn each.
Skintslimmer - sorry to hear about your ankle - hope the recovery if going well!
L xNO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -

Ahh you lot are the best, thank you for all the lovely wishes & hugs, right back at you all!
TakeItEasy, woah, sounds like you've done well to even think about checking in here what with your collapsing and stuff. Hope doc sorts you out and you're on the mend soon.Be careful that the fasting doesn't make you collapse again, best keep someone with you tomorrow please! I had 3 days in a row in hopsital when they thought I would be operated on, and was told not today and allowed food (and water) again at 1, 4 and 6.30pm respectively! I was most annoyed because i'd missed the nicest sounding meals all week
Not a great day's eating today, but it wasn't expected to be what with the man come to fix the boiler, and I hadn't sent dad out on his shopping trip of buying slimmer friendly food yet. The house has been turned into a building site, and as a result mum's usual SW cooked brekkie was off the menu, and dad got me a bowl of pecan crunch cereal insteadlunch was cous cous with saladey bits, with a slice of dry toast, had a snack of a tin of spaghetti cos we didn't eat dinner until late, which was a beef and potato stew. Ended the day's eating with a clementine, and overall although it looks like a healthy enough day in lots of ways i reckon its been 18 syns.
Still, could have been worse, I could have been tempted by the cheesy topped white bread rolls which the parents will insist on buying :A
Another day of boiler fun tomorrow, but now dad's been shopping I can at least have a brekkie of yog and fruit. :T he has also bought those fibre plus bars for me, so I will try one tomorrow to see what all the hype on here is about
Had an email from a downright gorgeous and recently single friend wishing me well today, he is coming to visit me soon :T He rckons its nice to be spoilt by my parents, i'm not so sure since i moved out 8 years ago and am feeling rather suffocated in having my wings temporarily clipped. Hope he will whisk me off out to a pub for a pint and realise just how much he wants to look after me now I'm all lame and pathetic, and realise that I am the woman of his dreams. Whaddya reckon, can this be attractive?!Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -
OMG, i lost 2.5lb  last two WI's have been cancelled due to the bad weather, i've been off-plan for nearly 3 weeks and i REALLY thought i was gonna put on. Somewhat shocked
(typically, my SW buddy was also off plan for 3 weeks and lost 3.5lb :mad:not that i'm the jealous sort
)

I dunno, it might bring out his nurturing streakAs I said I did something similar to you (2 broken bones and non-weight-bearing for 4 months), 3 months into a relationship. Boyfriend offered to let me stay with him (it was that or somehow get 250 miles back to mums?!) and I never left
And he says now he enjoyed it!!!

See, I can totally identify with this and this is how I would like things to beUnfortunately no 3 month old relationship around, so I had to travel the (also) 250 miles to mums! I am usually a tough independent type, so losing even the ability to go to the loo by myself was horrible
I have since come around to accepting being looked after (to some degree...) and would love for a nice man to come and sweep me off my remaining foot and look after meI did have a proposition from a colleague while laid up in hospital, but since last time the subject came up I thought I'd made it perfectly clear in as polite a way as possible that hell would have to freeze over and the world be proven flat before I even considered it, i am baffled as to why he asked and feel quite offended that he even thought he was in with a chance! (:o I know, I know, I must sound like a really ungrateful wench, but you haven't met the eejit in question... :rotfl:)
so... yeah...
edited to add that the nice bloke, the one I want to sweep me off my feet IS the nurturing type, so there is hope! Its just a case of getting him to see me in a different light - I am pretty sure I am currently seen as the little sister he never had!Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -
well I wi tonight & I'm dreading it
so far I've lost 1st 6.5lb but last week I put on 0.5lb so am now 1lb away from my 1.5st award, I think I've been as good as I can, but had a Christmas 'do' on Monday, that said I was an angel :A and if I don't loose or put on I might have a tantrum !!!
I'm really not sure how I'm going to handle SW over Christmas I think I'll have Christmas day off for sure & the rest play by ear & try as hard as I can to make sensible choices0 -
Morning All,
Well done to all losers & hugs to the broken!
redmel1621 - i am in the exact same position you are in - i don't think i have the flu - but definately a stinking cold! I am either not eating or eating really bad things! Last night was a xmas do with the girls & the dinner was lovely - so was my friends desert which i ate because she was going to leave it! I can't waste good food - even if its not mine! :rotfl:
I have another meal out on Friday for work - hopefully still going out on Saturday down town where a lot of alcohol will be consumed! Next Monday after WI my mate (also does/done SW) is taking me to Pizza Hut for a catch up before xmas - i also have another works do next thursday (i cannot say no to a free meal!:rotfl:)
I went out to a really posh restaurant on Saturday for my Nana's 70th birthday! So 3 courses & then homemade guiness gingerbread (i made it thanks Nigella!) with cream didn't really help with WI!
I put on 1lb this week - but i have enjoyed myself - maybe a little too much - so i deserve it!
My bum has come of the wagon atm - but as from the 27th i am using some superglue to stick myself back on there!
Sorry for the waffle - no-one else listens!
I wonder how dizzy is getting on?
Good luck to those still to WI x0 -
Hello lovely SW peeps :hello:
I haven't been around for aaaaages (actually think it was the last thread) but just had an urge to pop in & say hello to everyone
I've been lurking on & off so am pretty much up-to-date with what's been going on & there have been some fantastic losses :T
Skintslimmer, I can vouch for the fibre plus bars - they are scrummy  I have one every night with my coffee & it keeps the munchies at bay. Hope the ankle isn't too sore & good luck with the lurve interest
TIE, I agree with Blackberry, health comes before weight loss. Hope you feel better very soon & you get a well-earned rest during the holidays
MrsMc, well done on the continued weight loss & thank you so much for posting your recipes - I always copy & save them & I love the little details you put in, you are so helpful :A
Consultant, glad you are still around with your SW wisdom, advice & lovely recipes - I still make various versions of the infamous dynorod soup & it really does work as well as being totally yummy!! :rotfl:
Well, that's enough waffle from meHappy SW days everyone
