    Evenin' all

Not posted a lot but been following you all. I am going to spectacturly (sp???) fall off the wagon over xmas cos going to my in laws, MIL, lovely though she is, doesn't believe in brown bread!!! AHH!!! and the rest is hit and miss, more miss than hit. My new year's resolution is to be 2 stone lighter by this time 2011.....

So, although I'll be off the wagon, I'll be running alongside, just to keep a bit of a handle on it all. Keep waving to me......

Alright, 1.5lbs this week - putting me at 3 stone 11lbs lost so far, or 53lbs in total. That's in 21 weeks, which I'm quite happy with.

Have a nice Christmas, I found the way to deal with that WB guy was to skip his diatribes !! Glad he's not in my group.!!

There isn't a rolleyes smiley big enough. Suffice to say, the feeling is more than mutual.

  • Hello everyone, and well done on losses. I think 8 lb over six weeks isn't bad at all! Sorry to hear about the break Skintslimmer, I had a broken ankle a couple of years ago, ended up with plates in each side of ankle and my legs were never my best feature anyway :( ... I bet my neighbours are wishing I'd lost 2.5 stone BEFORE they carried me back up the hill with my foot dangling the wrong way :)

Half a pound on for me last night, but I blame the clothes (oh, and the giant apple I ate an hour before weigh in!)

Mrs M I do hope you have some photos of your night, and I know what you mean about beige food.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Hello - still can't get into the new website so annoying as need to use the calculator!

Is anyone managing to login? I had stored my details when they gave me that 'unique pin' but not got that now. Now wont recognise me?

Sent several requests for a password over 24 hours but they have not sent one.

    Anyone know how to login?

Have cleared the cookies (whatever that means!) and it now works:j

According to the syns calculator the pack of those veggie party sausages is 51 syns:eek: but when I work it out that is for huge 390g pack of 30 sausages so if my maths is right (and it's been a long day at work) I'd need to divide 51 by 30 which is 1.7 for each sausage?

Wishing Id not got them but 1.7 syns per item is workable if everyone only tries 1?

Think I'l make some hummous to take which will be syn free or may add 2 syns of sesame oil.

Hope SW party is on tomorrow as we are due dreaded snow:(

Well done on the losses peeps
    Hugs to skintslimmer sounds painful
Glad you had a nice time MrsM, any compliments [other than from us :D]

Had a bad couple of days, collapsed on way home yesterday after meeting son off bus [glad he was with me] struggled home with him holding me up and flaked out on sofa for couple of hours so food was hit and miss with no fruit at all. Have a DR appointment in morning with fasting blood test too so no brekkie . Will mention the collapse though.
Today has been similar [although no collapsing] flaked out again after work so hubby bought chinese [sigh] will have fruit when I've chopped pineapple [if I have the energy].
Someone opened the quality street in class today and several jumped into my mouth :o am at a low ebb so blaming that.
So I think this weeks a bit of a right off and I'll be lucky too get away with a small gain at WI.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
