Mrs Mc Talk about" posh frocks" it looks fantastic. I would buy one myself if I had somewhere to go to wear it !!!0 -

I have developed another sore throat since getting home from work, I'm begining to think its stress related or maybe relief related i.e its Friday night and I'm so relieved its the weekend so my defences are down iyswim..

Stuck to my plan pretty well except about 10 chips at 11pm as i was starving at work. Other than that the meal plan i posted earlier was accurate:)The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

I am now officially back and back on plan as of today ( you dont want to know whats been happening over the last few days )
I am hoping that all goes well and will be an EE day. I am struggling with EEs as there is not much fruit that I like around? Anyway I'll just have to do my best on a tight budget
Breakfast, fr berries banana and yog
Lunch Leek & Pot soup HM with brown HEB roll
Dinner is cajun chicken salad with sweet potato wedges.
Anyway Im bound to be starving in there, so will have to try adn find some fruit I like for the rest of the day
Anyway good to be back, better rewind and catch up with the rest of the thread! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

:j:j:j HEY MI OLD MUCKA !!!!! :j:j:j
GREAT TO SEE YOU BACK KIDDO:D:D:D:D
Ive found myself on mainly greens since I had that Endoscopy (funnily enough it just so happened that the weather turned colder too) but too much meat seems to set my tum off anyway Ive found.
Bonus tho as greens seem to have helped the old shopping budged a heck of a lot!! and Im a bit of a fan of the mushy pea curry of late (cheap, cheerful & remarkably like a curry from the chinese :T) Ooooh and 2 HEA/HEBs is pretty damn fine too :rotfl:
Anyway great to see you back Hun x x x0 -
THANKS HUN!
Great to BE back. I have been on-off-on-off over the last few weeks and boy does it show
My leggings dont look quite as good as they did- bit wobbly!!Oh well onwards and upwards!
Is it you that gets fr mango in asda? I cannot find this anywhere. At the mo I have frozen berries ( great, happy with that) bananas the odd pineapple.Dont really know what else to have!!" I dont like apples, pears or plums will get some clems later, but otherwise a bit confused what to have in this season!
We are working with a budget per week of 50.00 but anything left over ( ie the change) will go into a savings account for a much wanted holiday next year. therefore the pressure is on really to make sure I make it happen! I agree, lots of green days is the way to go although OH seems to feel hard done by by having a meat free dinner ( :wall:)
I have however built in the chickpea and spinach curry from world of flavours in this weeks plan.
I have managed to write a plan based broadly on what we have in without buying much more and wondering what you think of it:
Sun (EE)- make a HM leek & pot soup, ( freeze in portions) defrost 2x part boned chicken breasts, bone, then cover in cajun spices to go on the george foreman, have this with Sweet pots, lettuce, spring onions, radish, carrot, peppers possibly a jacket for OH, sun also make ragu using Q mince for tomorrows lasagne.
Mon ( EE?) fruit and yog, Cous with leftover spicy chicken and carrots, pepper, radish, spinach, lettuce etc for lunch with a cereal bar (HEB) Dinner left over beef chilli and salad from the freezer
Tue (Green) Lunch HM leek & pot soup -Dinner Quorn lasagne and OH can make himself G bread if he wants and I might have a bit of a salad with this
Weds: (green) At home so quorn P bites ( 1.5) pasta and sauce ( F) chickpea and spinach curry for tea with rice
Thurs ( green) Im out so im not sure what the lunch will be yet, maybe soup in the flask ( need to test the flask!) and tea will be Quorn burgers, HM SW chips, salad
Fri ( EE) Beef stew with carrots, peas, mushrooms onions galore etc, thickened with instant mash. Lunch pasta & sauce or HM soup and bread
Does this sound alright? HEA is always skimmed milk. HEB bread rolls or cereal bars
Im stil considering the Mushy pea curry I canot bear mushy peas but im coming round to the idea! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

nope wasnt me with the frozen mango? maybe they have it in mr s? have you looked on my supermarket? Im mainly having melon, pineapple, clems & satsuma with frozen berries at the mo as the other fruits either set my tum off or Im not keen on
Yeah that meal plan sounds fine hun
I would seriously recommend giving the Dynorod soup a bash if you've not tried it (or a variation of it)
If you just use carrot, onion, leek, tin green lentil, tin toms, tin beans, tin canelini, handful lentils & stock cube its a dead ringer for heinz veg soup !!! My OH cant get enough when I do it that way
The mushy pea curry....you really cant taste the mushy peas at all
It really is nomnomnomand sooooooo cheap !! I make the basic sauce then chuck loads of mushrooms in and some chicken as a HEB if I fancy it.
Where are you fancying On holiday hun? I set off a week tomorrow..... just praying this awful white stuff doesnt affect the tavel plans
so far our part of the country aint toooo bad

We still have no snow here in the capital- I do feel conned
Hopefuly america. Not that I can afford it. Im so poor right now!
I might try the MP curry next week, I dont really have the flexibility in my budget to make things we might not likeand Ive pretty much done all my shopping for the week ( go me)
Cant beleive its so close to your holiday! You must be SOooo excited now! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

I am slinking back in, been so busy over the past month but of course that isn't an excuse. Just not been determined enough. I have put almost all my cookbooks away apart from SW ones (and Delia, can often adapt things from her) and did a shop yesterday so am back on the wagon now.
I can't catch up with the thread, so many posts, but this did catch my eye:To those who have recently fallen off the wagon....Im sending you my personal supply of industrial strength glue, for times when Ive struggled and needed a little help -
