Had a pretty good day today, i usually flexi a friday but after my dinner disaster last night i tried to be good and have had 16 syns, so only 1 over which is great:D
Will try and remember what i had!
Using an A for coffee/tea throughout the day.
Breakfast FF activia (0.5), nana, Alpen (1/2
Lunch pasta with cheese (part A) and a little garlic and herb philly (2)
Snack FF activia, nana, alpen (other 1/2, tea
Dinner HM lentil soup, WM roll (B), cheese (rest of A from lunch), ham (1), pickle (0.5), FF activia (0.5), 2 x alpen (6), tea
Just had a cuppa and a kitkat (5.5)
So that is both A and B and 16 syns used, phew, that was a lot to remember:oThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -

Oh heck, I have fallen off the wagon big style. It would appear that the aformentioned wagon was positioned on the side of a cliff and I fell headlong into a vat of syns. Have made a heroic attempt to eat my way out for the past week and now feel lethargic, bloated and cr=ppy
So back to it! I am not going to weigh myself until Thursday (my normal weigh in day) and am hoping that I can maybe get back to my pre binge weight by then
Unfortunately tomorrow is a quiz night with fish and chips:eek: so might have to start Sunday instead. Unless anyone could inform me that fish and chips from chippy are low syn..... no, thought not!
Luckily (or not) am playing tennis outside for about 8-9 hours over this weekend which might help keep the weight down a bit. How many calories do you reckon that would burn........ please include a generous allowance when calculating for the additional energy expended by shivering:D:D:rotfl:0 -
hello all, well I have fell off the wagon as well cat although mine has been medically induced;) sort of.
started on wed with a ickle sore throat that rapidly developed into feeling as if my throat was stuffed with razor blades combined with hot and cold sweats and shivering as if naked standing on top of the pennines in the middle of a blizzard.
So it seemed the only sensible cure was salt n pepper chicken wings with a portion of soft noodlesthat did help at first but then I went to sleep and the nose bunged up, so thurs was spent sucking on throat lozenges until there was a waft of menthol wherever I went.
very strange side effect of this sore throat/cold thingy I have is that whenever I have anything with sweetner in my throat closes up even more and hurts more as it makes me thirsty
not really pleased with that so until I can eat and drink properly again I'm off the wagon
however I do have a huge pan of dyno rod soup to get through so will be having that.
Also to combat probable weight gain I will be going to a different group that's on a wed instead of the monday group I joined so it will be diff consultant (she'd better be nice ) and it might give me a chance to get rid of this cold thingy and get back on track.
dizzy - totally understand the packing thing, I tend to pack nearly all our belongings (just in case we need them ) when we go, mind saying that we tend to go to center parcs so we have to drive there, but we usually take two cars to fit everything in, god knows what would happen if we went abroad, I don't think they supply an extra plane just for your luggage :rotfl:Sealed pot challenge - member no:506
