The famous Dyno rod soup is here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=36165611&postcount=4231

I should post a disclaimer though, we are not to be held in any way responsible for the effects that may occur from consumption of this soup.

Does any one else giggle now when they see a Dyno Rod van:rotfl:

  • No uni on a wednesday so having a nice chilled breakfast mooching about on the computer.
    Another green day for me:
Breakfast FF peach activia (0.5), nana, 2 x Alpen Light (B), tea
Lunch will probably be a mug of HM lentil soup and maybe some egg fried HM savoury rice
Dinner Quorn southern style burger (2.5), WM roll (B), SW chips and beans, ketchup (1)
Snacks - just chopped up a mahoosive honeydew melon so will have that if i'm peckish and have washed some grapes, waiting for them to warm up though as they were in the fridge and i don't really like freezing cold fruit.

Will have my A as milk in tea/coffee through the day.
So both B and an A accounted for - am i right in thinking you don't need to have 2 A's? I usually go slightly over one A with milk anyway.
And i will have had 4 syns by dinner. Kitkat will be nommed later:D

Morning all, haven't been around for a few days as had a couple of days off work. On Monday we had a day out shopping in Nottingham and ended up having pizza hut buffet for lunch :eek:. Lets just say, I got my money's worth!!! However, we did walk miles and for tea I'd taken some syn free lasagne out of the freezer, normally I'd have had salad and sw chips or jacket spud with it but I just had extra salad to try to compensate!!!

Yesterday we did a 12-13 mile walk in the wolds, it was blimming lovely and I stuck to plan like a good little sw-er!!! It was so nice sat on a hillside in the sun watching the world go by whilst eating nice homemade soup with cheese and pickle sandwiches (HEA&B + 2 syns), I commented to OH how little it felt like being on a diet! We then went for tea at MIL's and she'd made meat and potato pie and apple crumble and custard :eek:. I gave OH nearly all my pastry, just kept a taste for myself and then passed on the crumble and had a sliced banana with just a drizzle of custard. I'm such an :A lol! Well, hopefully all the miles covered will make up for the pizza over indulgence!!

Today is green, WI is tonight then we're going to the cinema which will involve a post weigh in treat of some sort!!

    Brekkie - banana, porridge (HEA&B)
    Snack - pear
Lunch - jacket potato, beans, cheese (HEA), yogurt, mixed berries.
Tea - ? not sure, need to go to the shop!!

Have a good day everyone x

I lost another lb today - I only have 3lbs to target, and as the last few weeks have slowed down to 1/2 and 1 lb asked to do success express this coming week to try shift last bit and refocus myself as got a bit lazy. However my consultant gave me details about a program called "Fast Forward" - said it is very strict and has a set menu you pick from and have 18 points for the whole day - with each meal taking a couple, I have been doing extra easy. I am going to try it as I have a quiet week ahead with no plans at weekend so no drink fairies to watch for - trying to get to target before xmas events start so can relax a bit - has anyone else done this new express plan?!? Or is it old and they are reviving it? x

I have done this before - it is like a straight jacket! And i had 25 points to play with!
You need a clear week when you are not going out at all!
You might be better with success express - just follow extra easy but have 2/3 plate of superfree - you can have 2 heb & 1 or 2 hea - with syns take the highest value (not lowest like extra easy) i lost 3 lbs using this for 3 days!

  • Anyone going to tell me that in a bid to rectify a week of shameful synning if I haven't lost tonight I will be burying myself deep in a large tub of qualty street is a bad idea??

    Nobody? Oh goody.

Otherwise, how does one pull one's head out from one's rectum when one is feeling rather piddled off that one can't stop over using their syns, and one isn't even enjoying the syn abuse and on the whole one has been quite good, just too high in syns?

...7 "ones" in one(!) sentence. Beat that! :D

    One is there right now.....:D

One just has to think about why one is doing this. Also about one's progress so far and how much it would bloody well nark one if one messed this up and slipped back to one's old ways.
