Can you leave feedback for buyers? Or is it just for sellers?

The people that got the book mix up have left me 5 out of 5, I just wanted to say they were fab buyers or something.

    Hi

If you go to your sellers account and click on the order number to the top right is a button that says 'leave feedback'. You can do this from within View your recent Marketplace orders or in your list of feedback.

    I don't know if this will help - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/seller-account/item-creation/start.html/203-6371586-1199149?ie=UTF8&%2AVersion%2A=1&%2Aentries%2A=0
  • My pending actually completed for £12! Never had that before.
  • I still haven't sold anything :(

I have 139 books listed and it's been 3 weeks now with not a sniff.

Am I cursed? What should I do?
  • I sold 2 books today - only another 48 to go to complete challenge!!

It is painful waiting - took me about a month to sell my first one with around the same number of listings. What kind of books are you selling? Are they 1p books or more expensive - popular fiction, text books.... or ???

Are your listings showing up as low price? have you been through them again to check and edit. Do you offer next day posting or sending first class in your descriptions, this can encourage some buyers to choose you over someone else? How do your descriptions read - do you emphasise the positives about your book before mentioning any wear and tear - some buyers won't read any of it or only the first few words. Are you offering to send internationally [check first that the postage rate offered will still make it worth your while] but doing that can increase your potential buyer market.

Other than that not sure what to suggest. It will happen though so hang in there - hope its soon will keep my fingers crossed

Someone has clicked buy for an item of mine then emailed me to say they want to cancel it, do I just re-list it and leave it at that, or is there anything else I have to do?
