This is a personal challenge to try and beat our previous best. We are not challenging each other - well I'm not. Off to charity shop this morning. It's got me going!

Congrats father jack and welcome to the obsessive selling on amazon club! You will now be hooked.
Mishka - I sometimes wish my hubby would read some threads on MSE so he knows what I am going on about all the time, but he is too busy, so can't really understand, but he does get excited when I sell lots of books or have good finds. At least you have us and we are excited for you :j

Sold another 1 last night and 1 so far today, so thats 5 sold, and I am totally on track for my 80 items. My darling boy born December 20110 -
This has been mentioned before but I can't remember what the advice was.
What do we do with pending items? I have one still pending since yesterday.
Does the buyer think they have ordered the item? Do Amazon tell them that payment hasn't gone through? Am I supposed to email the buyer and what do I say? Don't want to lose the sale as is over £10.
Thanks. Ana0 -
Call me heartless, but I always ignore the emails from Amazon about Pending sales. Nowadays, they relist automatically if the person doesn't pay up (as I found out when I relisted a pending item and ended up inadvertently almost selling it twice).
But that's quite a large amount of money to miss out on, especially if it's a rare sale, suppose it couldn't hurt to get in touch with the buyer.0 -
Hi Anastasia, oooh I really don't like those pending emails - so near yet so far
. I've emailed buyer before about pending sales but to be honest had no response and Amazon have just relisted the item. As Jswallow says though won't do any harm to email the buyer and you might get lucky. Hope so Teapot
