Mine has showed as cancelled for a few days now on the woolies site yet still no refund into paypal, no answer to emails. I have now put a claim in with Paypal and wont be using the Woolies site again nor recommending it. Not because I did not get my item but because the lack of communication is shocking and a business that behaves like that does not deserve the trust of people so they hand money over!

Well I bought the PC version and had to add some extra things to push it over £40. They were delivered last week but my Black Ops was canceled. I figured seeing as I had already got two thirds of my order I might get away with it but no. My other items have already been returned.

not sure about Asda, but i had an email last night to say Tesco had dispatched mine. I guess Asda would be the same.

I have had exactly the same issue - fair enough they cancelled it but they didnt even send an email to let me know,or my refund for that matter. I thought I would give them until 10th then put a dispute in :mad:

still no refund sent a few emails no reply anyone had any luck getting there refund or a relpy from your emails

I have had no response to my email nor have I received a refund yet. Very bad service from Woolworths.
