I filed a dispute with paypal, the same day i ordered i emailed customer service telling them if i was not getting it for £25 to cancell my order and refund my money. i done this on my account and my sons.

customer service says " we will deal with your enquiries within 24 hours, took them about a week and then they cancelled it on wednesday i think. Still no refund for me or my son.

Just checked my bank account and there is a refund of £45 from woolworths no email or contact to say the order had been cancelled. Very disappointed

I have mailed them to say how disgusted I am with their service. Fair enough, cancel the order if the code is not allowed but to have no contact from them to say it has been cancelled is bad. Still no refund for me though.
