same as mine says awaiting dispatch may take medal of honour to hmv and get from there but still keeping fingers crossed on this one yet

The shop direct company are really weird - normally if you return something that you used a code with they "forget" you used to code and refund you full amount leaving you in credit. Hope this is the case for you
