I've had exactly the same issues, paid on 29/10 through Paypal and still not been refunded even though they promised it would be refund in 2-3 days when I rang on 8th Nov. I have now escalated it to claim through paypal and reported it to consumer direct - thanks to the person who posted this! I'm still waiting! Woolworths are a disgrace!

Finally I have got my refund, after several emails, phone calls, promises that it would be done on the 10th (the money having been taken on the 29th Oct and then cancelling without telling me on the 4th Nov). Just glad that it is over other than now having to wait 2-3 days for Paypal to transfer it to my bank account. I didn't even order Black Ops!

I phoned them last week and was promised to be refunded back to paypal, it wasnt. Phoned again last night as still hadnt got refund from 29th Oct. They said it would be in today so lets just see. What peeved me about this fiasco the most is that they didnt email me to say order was cancelled only realised I wasnt getting the game was on the day of release it didnt turn up,

i have finally got my refund ..... after 6 emails 2 phone calls, i had filed a paypal dispute last week and i emailed them yesterday stating that this time scale was unacceptable for a refund and if i did not receive my refund by the end of the day i would be escalating it to a paypal claim ! they emailed back and asked me to wait till the close of business & i should be done it appeared in paypal yesterday evening about 8.30pm ! but has gone to my balance not my account so now i have to wait to transfer it !
