Snap! I am really annoyed though as I was told my refund would be through today as they took my money on the 29th and cancelled (without letting me know) on the 4th.
Me too Col, I only found out mine was cancelled because I went on to "check my order" on the website. Rang them and got the same answer, refund in 7 to 10 days, I didn't get a cancellation notice either. No wonder they are no longer on the high street.January GC: £64.81/£80.00

It is apparently 7-10 working days from the day the order was cancelled. All I keep getting from them is to be patient. I cannot understand why they are taking so long. All they need to do is to log onto the account and hit the refund button for all of us, not much effort. I asked them to show me where on their website it states that if THEY cancelled the order, that I agreed for them to keep my money for a further 7-10 days but they will not answer that question, all they do is to quote about the voucher not being issued to me.0

I thought I must have slipped through the system - got blackops delivered on Tuesday from woolworths for £25 paid through paypal using the promo codes.
Strangely enough, I got an email last night saying my order has been cancelled and I would be refunded with 7-10 days.

Woolworths have told me different things everytime i ask about the refund.
1st- They said they had already refunded and refused to believe me when i told them they hadn't.
2nd- They would refund asap (still waiting)
3rd- Blaiming paypal! apparently paypal have the refunds (since 4th), the woman then told me if i have an issue with that complain to paypal as its not their problem.0 -
