  • Have just emailed customer services there is no way it should be taking this long through paypal- i have been refunded before with paypal it took 1 working day !

    No notification of the order being cancelled and no Paypal refund as yet.

    Did receive a link to complete a questionnaire on my shopping experience with Woolworths though, LOFL....

    I did not receive my refund as promised, so I have now raised a dispute with Paypal and escalated it to a Claim. I would urge everyone awaiting for a refund via Paypal to do the same as they are more likely to listen to a number people trying to get their money back rather than the odd one.

    i have just raised a dispute with Paypal hopefully this will push them along as it should not take this long to refund the money very poor i will not be useing woolworths again
  • I have raised a dispute with paypal and have had no reply to my emails from woolworths, if no response still.... i will escalate it to a claim -its ridiculous !!

  • I just got this email from Shop Direct.....

    At the time of ordering you quoted a discount code. Unfortunately this code was not issued to you so I am sorry to let you know we cannot accept it as a discount off your purchase. Accordingly, we will be cancelling the order (stated below) in accordance with clause 2.3 of our terms and conditions and refunding any charges incurred within the next 7-10 days.

    Please note: If you have already returned the above items then please disregard this email. Any payment disputes will be referred to our Legal team for resolution.

    Now is that 7-10 days from when they cancelled the order or from today??? Who knows!

    Snap! I am really annoyed though as I was told my refund would be through today as they took my money on the 29th and cancelled (without letting me know) on the 4th.
