still on refund sent them a email again today if no reply by tomorrow will be putting a claim into paypal

I have mailed them again today. I said if I don't receive my refund TODAY, I will lodge a dispute with Paypal and will inform Trading Standards about this practice. If enough of us raise a dispute with Paypal, they might get their account frozen.

I haven't got a paypal refund yet either. What does 'putting a claim into paypal' mean?

Spoke to woolworths today regarding refund via paypal.
First they said they refunded everyone on the 4th so we should all have our money already, after 30mins on hold they are blaming paypal saying they have our money.
Apparently we got to wait for paypal to release the funds soon.

This offer must have finished as it keeps redirecting me to the entertainment page and its only 10% off and when I try to put in the discount voucher it is coming up invalid. Im really not paying the stupid price this close to Xmas cos my son wants it today, I have spent all morning on the phone and had no luck, the cheapest being Tesco at £37.99. I'm afraid I'm going to have a sulky son tonite ......... tough innit lol. I am so frustrated at these game companies making a fortune out of us though. I bought my son DJ Hero last Xmas costing me £100, guess how much Gamestation offered me as a trade in, complete with turntable????? £10 ........ blinkin ridiculous. Someone should intervene and set a realistic price for all games because they are far too expensive to begin with but we all want our kids to have what we didn't, therefore pay through the nose for it. I, for one, will be trying to discourage my son from consoles in future but its so hard when all his friends are on them all the time and he wouldnt have much else to do as his friends are glued like little addicts!!!!!

i spoke to woolworths yesterday they told me the refund would take 5- 10 days and said it was def' actioned on the 4/11 even though my order was cancelled on the 3/11 ! and i have also noticed when i log into woolworths that i have no option now to view transaction history its all gone !!:eek: i paid with paypal if no luck by 10 days i will open a dispute through paypal :mad:

I have been batting to and forth with customer services this afternoon. I told them that I expected the money to be in my account by 5 pm tonight or I would start proceedings with Paypal. I have had 3 mails back from them saying that it would take 10 working days and I was to allow that. I stuck my ground and told them NO, I would not accept that and my last email said that my money would be in my account very soon. If it is not in my account by 5 pm, then I will start a dispute. I would urge anyone still awaiting a refund, to go down the same route and demand that it is returned immediately. I have had a look at their refund policy and all I could see is if you had got the item and wanted a refund which said 14 days to clear the return and issue the refund but nothing about them cancelling the order. Will let you know when I receive the refund.
