If it was a mis-price then why did they not come clean straight away, they were covered in their terms and conditions? If it was a mis-price why did they invent the stock problem and leave it for 2 weeks. Yes £5 is better than nothing but then why did other people get £30-£50 on top of this? They dont seem to have played fair on this one.
I was banking on this for a Christmas present and after 2 weeks of waiting thought it was going to come off, now i will have to think of something else.baz8755 wrote:At the risk of stating the obvious.
We all knew it was a mis-price.
Those of you who got the DVDs or more than £5, well done!
The rest of us got £5 for nothing, so stop your moaning and get on with life.0 -
The "Hello Kitty" box set may be suitable for those of you with disapointed kids,£11.97,or £6.97 with the fiver voucher(down from 60 quid odd).Add something else to take the order to £15 for free delivery.

If this DVD set had been my first ever amazon order, or I only ever bought bargains when I saw them on MSE I'd probably agree with you. But I spend loads on amazon throughout the year, and the point is Amazon said this WASN'T a misprice, kept us waiting for 2 weeks and then cancelled the order without any warning or explanation until we contacted them, and then gave everyone different reasons as to why the order was cancelled. So in light of sucky CS I am going to complain as much as I like. Their CS is getting bad, and I don't recall it being this way in my early days of using it.:rudolf:0 -
I have now received an email saying they have credited my account with £5 as I did not receive the £5 email.0

Seconded, I am personally getting fed up with these Mis-Price threads turning in large multipage rants when people don't get the supposed bargain.:rotfl:0 -
see i was going to post "so don't read it then", but the that's as ridiculous as telling people to close the thread and stop posting on it.
Because you're sick of these threads turning into rants. doesn't mean that it's going to stop it happening, you sounding off about that though is as valid as people ranting about not getting bargains, but i do wish people would stop telling others what to do.Each to their own and all that.:j
Am off now on my romantic night away with my husband to our £1 hotel room with a funfare coach ticket, and going to have pie and mash for approx £1:50 in london:T:rudolf:0 -
