aaaaaand while i'm on a total roll! I had ordered mad lab with the dvd box set, when they took the box set off they took off the supersaver delivery! it's just a small thing, but i'd have to pay postage on whatever i ordered with the £5 gift voucher, and then postage on the mad lab game. And i try to combine orders to avoid postage, but they won't let you combine the dvd order with anything as it's a promotional offer! So that's £3 odd I'm paying out for postage.:rudolf:0

My combined orders fell below £15 and P&P was applied. Got P&P taken off quite easily as it was not my fault they cancelled the other part of the order.0 -

Not sure anything will come of it but i do think its totally unacceptable. They should have come clean and said it was a pricing error and offered everybody £5.0 -
If they had cancelled the orders the day after we all ordered it I'd be happy.
If they'd sent an email out that day saying they weren't sure if they could get more stock in 'At That Price' I'd be happy.
If they hadn't told different people different things about it being a promotional price I'd be happy.
If they had a stock system that stopped things being available when they are obviously jumping on something (that they seem to be saying was a mistake) I'd be happy
If they hadn't waited two weeks to get it sorted out I'd be happy.
A £5 voucher is good (although why the hell some people seem to be able to get £20-50 by phoning up I don't know that just adds to the stupidness of the way Amazon is dealing with it) but if I hadn't had to wait 2 weeks to have it cancelled I would have been happy without the voucher.
It's not really even about the DVD anymore. It's a matter of customer service being incredibly bad.0 -
Its getting stupid now, they keep sending me the same email, I complain and send the email back - 4 times so far - they are not even reading the emails.0

I've got the £5 voucher, I was sceptical about the offer, I'm delighted for those that received the dvd's.
I think I read the OP didn't get theirs.
Has anyone that received theirs offered the OP a spare set if they ordered more than one?
I'd be happy to give up my £5 voucher to help the OP buy a set at the current price ( or similar) as no one would have received anything without their advice.
Any thoughts?0 -
At the risk of stating the obvious.
We all knew it was a mis-price.
Those of you who got the DVDs or more than £5, well done!
The rest of us got £5 for nothing, so stop your moaning and get on with life.0 -
Some of us haven't got the £5.0
