EVERY LITTLE EXCUSE HELPS in trying to get out of the R&R policy when the law has been broken, especially on high value items.0 -

So what are the legallitys over customer service obtaining your photo from cctv?
i have done nothing wrong and nothing illegal, they took offence when i insisted there displayed r n r policy was enforced. As far as im aware you can only store moving image of people and to have a pic you must either receieve their consent or have suspicion they have broken the law. Is this true?? Any help would be appreciated0 -

Can someone pls help - am new to this and have been reading through Tesco threads, but have a query what is the diff between the yellow SEL's & white ones? Does the colour affect your ability to get an r&r or argue the misprice?
Will say have successfully got my first r&r on Doritos the other week & lady on CS did it without even having to ask. Had a little look on Sunday but didn't see any. Will keep looking on here before each visit. Can't resist a bargain!!0 -

The SEL has printed on white instead of yellow paper. The price is correct, the colour is wrong. Those who have achieved an r & r on it have been lucky.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

it might be, but wheres the proof?, all the other phones clearly show the discount ! and the introductory phones are also clearly marked.
Labelling must be clear and unambiguos
clearly an r&r and two stores that I have visited have recognised and agreed with my point of view.
well it's better than a fine from Trading Standards0
