Spooky Park Ranger because that thought did cross my mind. I spotted bourbon that was out of date SEL and was going to scan it but given the attention I left so that another less obvious R&R could benefit. I didnt even pick it off the shelve.

Mai urge/suggest you ask Tesco to give you a letter confirming you are banned. I got my ban letter from H/O....very sweet of them......:iloveyou:

There are now at least 8 banned MSErs and the letter is vital.

A follow up letter asking H/O WHY ??? and inviting them to suggest its coz of R&R.dare they !! :grouphug: Will gladly update you later of the compensation I receive....:D :hello: :wave: :dance:

I agree with this, although a guy on a thursday/friday with 36 cans of Fosters in his trolly, doesnt usually raise an alarm, or a single PSP and game would be ok.

Four joints of beef and two of lamb and nothing else might make you look suspicious.....combine this with a load of veg and you become respectable, I used to purposely go for lots of cheap stuff(as Duder says)....just to make the receipt appear bigger....

hi, i've had my letter from the store, about the ban,which was defo for rnr, but of course it does not state this in the letter, but what do you write in your letter to h/o.

I find this really interesting and it’s a good example of what having the right information can achieve.

One question though and i don't know if I'm being a bit slow here, but it was mentioned earlier so I don't feel too daft asking. How do you identify a potential R & R item.

i.e. how do you know it will be scanned above the SEL price before it's scanned. I assume it’s not just “try it and see”, because posters on here seem to be fairly consistent.
