Sour Cream (Halloween tub 25% extra) Pringles worked again for me today, got another 6 tubs. Wonder if your store has done a manual adjustment somehow.
Now have 20 and already know what I will be donating to the end of term parties at my kids' schools, lol!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I purchsed the white rolls
78p per pkt
Couldn't see the Hovis ones today.
But noticed that the Kingsmill ones have a large BOGOF yellow SEL which refers to 'Wholegrain or White Rolls'....but the store I was in had changed this by hand to 'Wholegrain & White' (which is the name of one type).
So I couldn't try it (the White ones have a white SEL) but will be looking for an unchanged SEL in another store near me and will try the white ones (or one of each)....PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I got New Driver set and a4 ribbed notebook (ok for my kid for school) (the notebook i mean) CS took manager off to check after she had tried to tell me they had been put in wrong boxes. Manager obviously agreed with me as CS woman came back and gave me R & R without speaking another word to me.0

Nearly had the same problem convincing CS that box price does stand.
I bought 2 pink filofaxs, went to CS, she wondered off came back & said 'yep, the price is £14.97', I said 'but it says £12.97', anyway turns out she went to the diary section, not the Xmas section, so she follows me to the correct section and she says' yep, the price is £14.97' me says ' no the price says £12.97 on the box' CS ' Oh we don't go by that, we only go by the shelf' me says' not happy' CS says 'I'll get the manager then' me ' yes please'
Anyway - manageress comes down follows me to the shelf & says'
Yes, you are right, you have been overcharged.
if the box said £12.97 & the SEL said £14.97 & you were charged £12.97 we would still have been legal because we charged you the lower price'
Me says ' oh '
Manageress takes me back to the desk and said ' refund £4'
'Don't you mean a full refund' I said
'er, yes, a full refund'
CS nearly had a heartattack 'what both of them' ' Yes both of them' says manageress.
I think they've clocked me now thou as whilst she was refunding me another one stood with her back to me and whispered in her ear. ???0 -

Just tell them you are very poor and always check your receipt because 'every little helps.'0 -
Regarding CS who are arsey when questioned. I havent tried it yet but I am prepared. I have put the Head Office phone number into my mobile under the heading TESCO Head Office. If any CS staff start the old chesnut of difference in price or youve done this before I am going to whip out the mobile (FREE from MR T) and give them an option of refund or phone call to HO. Step back and watch the reaction. GAME ON0

I can't believe these CS staff are still unaware of the R&R policy. They seem to have memories like goldfish. Think that they may need a refresher course, will see if I can find a FEW dozen of these filofaxes, so that I can re-educate them.Drat and Double Drat, curse that Mr T excuse for not giving me a refund.
EVERY LITTLE EXCUSE HELPS in trying to get out of the R&R policy when the law has been broken, especially on high value items.0 -

I mistakenly picked up the Kingsmill ones (wholegrain & white) - but the offer works on these. :rolleyes:Jo x2007:£5181.09 2008: £6619.70 2009: £4284.49 2010: £5213.14 2011: £4980.62 2012: £3188.52
