Had a megabad day at work yesterday, one customer actually swore at me over the phone so I told him I was terminating the call. So he came round to the office and swore at me some more and demanding that i get his parcel for him (which was probably out on a van that day for delivery). Ended up yelling and swearing at a glass window before I asked him to leave.

But unfortunately, I let him get to me, and ended up eating half a large selection box last night! Feel mega sick now and rather ashamed of myself

victory if it makes you feel any better, the fact that you are still on this website every day and keeping an eye on things is a positive thing. When I have re-gained weight in the past, I bury my head in the [STRIKE]chocolate[/STRIKE] sand and don't want to acknowledge it. At least you are aware and you are keeping under control - do not beat yourself up about it. Often when we lose weight, we may go lower than our natural body shape and size is comfortable to sustain anyway....
