Lose Weight 31

Put me down for a 3lb loss this week please Fred.
I'm not sure if its the legs I've put on my wiifit board making the step game that much harder (ooh my thighs are aching by the time I've done it a time or three) or the cold weather or what but I've been eating all kinds of naughties this week. I had a curry on Friday, a carvery with pudding (!) on Sunday and a whopper (from Burger King you dirty minded people) on Monday, and yet I've still shown a loss this week. oh well I'm not complaining my DH even commented yesterday that you can see I'm losing weight :j
Edit: I second the soup suggestion, I made some last night and although I really really dislike home made soup it fills you up and keeps you from getting hungry for AGES (and it helps keep things moving toilet wise :rotfl:):A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
forgot to weigh in again. Got up early, walked over to hospital to collect the car, and when i seen the state of the roads i decided it could stay there!!!! Knees are absolutely killing me walking the half hour to work every morning, but worth it for being safe!
Can't believe how many people are nasty about not getting mail delivered. The majority of people are very understanding, but some of them, well let's just say they think we should put a pair of skis on and have a built in gritter, so we can grit as we walk. Had the phone put down on me more times today than i have in 3 yrs :rotfl:4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
I am happy to report a 3lb Loss This week thanks Fred :A
I have had a fab few days away with my friend in BirminghamI have finished my Christmas shopping, went to the christmas Market and had my first ever Pretzel (which made me very bloated and gave me bad wind
)
Also had some Mulled Cider which was divine  But 4 hours shopping will burn a few calories off.
Yesterday we went to the snowdome and did 2 hrs Skiing which was so much fun. At one point my sides were hurting from laughing so much. I love my Skiing I can't wait now until I can go again. It was lovely not to have my knee's aching after a few run's so this weight loss has it's advantages
Hope you are all coping with the cold, warm hugs to the stuck people in Scotland ((((HUGS))))
Beanie- I hope your shopping arrives when it is suppose to (fingers crossed)
Mazza - Sorry people are being mean to you. I would drop their post in a big muddy puddle to get them back :rotfl:

Beanie we tried doing that here, but the past 2 days have just been no go areas. No mail delivered whatsoever. Most people have been great, coming in getting their neighbour's mail and parcels, really helping each other out, but those nasty ones take away the good.
And yes, I used to drop people's mail in puddles if they were biatchy :rotfl: or hold one end while their dog was ripping it to shreds thru the letter box :rotfl:
Judging by my knee I don't think I'll be out delivering again. Need to think of other ways to get back at nasty customers.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

shame people are so rude Mazza - we are lucky our post was only slightly disrupted, however I am a bit annoyed with my postman for shoving a large jiffy bag parcel halfway in my letter box! (not even my door, we have a communal post area in my block of flats) He shoved it in so half was hanging out exposed to the elements, and I couldn't get it in or out cos he'd packed it in so hard. I had to open the package whilst standing outside, get everything out and then force the other half through to the inside. So glad it wasn't fragile!
Also cross with couriers at the mo:
1. one lot said I was out and that they'd left a card, which was just not true as I am always in and there was no card, so my delivery was returned to sender and I had to rearrange for delivery via royal mail (hurrah for mazza's lot)
2. Just paid 6 flippin quid for delivery and was projected delivery today on the website but it didnt show up. the site says there might be delays due to weather but surely they should take that into account first and then give you the projected day for delivery. there wasn't any other delivery option so I couldn't even have chosen a cheaper option. good job i work from home and didnt have to take a day off.
Ok rant over! Just had a fab dinner - roasted chicken legs (no skin) cooked with smoked paprika and mixed peppers, bulgar wheat with cherry toms and parsley, mixed beans and home made tzatsiki - YUM! and not a bad calorie or SW syn in sight (i'm using them all for Baileys!!)Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

Bonjour! Im thinking i should weigh myself, but i know it wont be any good. I'll regret all this eating lark when im trying on those dresses on friday and feeling fat as.
Its Very cold down south today, i was freezing walking home and im freezing now. Even turned down a pub trip this eve because its freezing. Saved some dollar and calories and petrol though
Aunties funeral is next thursday. Im hoping i'll be sad and tearful, because im starting to feel a bit un human at late.0 -
One of the drops on my dhl round is a Capita office, there's a right cow that works on reception and she wont sign for any parcel that only has the name of the organisation on it,without a specific persons name as well, so that's quite a few that she wont sign for. Anyway if she doesnt sign then I cant leave it and then i dont get paid for it. After a few times of her refusing I just started writing her name on the top of the parcels before handing it over, but she got wise and became even more cowish about me doing that. Now I dont attempt to deliver any, even the ones with names. i write "refused by Pam Chadwick" and sent them all back every time. Cow!
Didnt know you worked for DHL. There is a very weird man who works for DHL down this way. He'll just sit himself down at my desk and lean so far forward he touches my face. Bit of an exaggeration but hes a weirdo. He gets a bit miffed if i dont know the answers either!! I always sign for everything at work, i dont even count the boxes haha. Delivery drivers are a weird species. Apart from one man who is the happiest man ive seen delivering a parcel. Always wears shades too.
Mazza: Tell them to do one. When hardly anyone could make it into work because of the snow a lady asked me where everyone was and why there wasnt any staff in a real snotty attitude. I felt like just walking off! Silly. Front line staff always get the raw end of the deal0
