not sure whats up with me at the moment
i have been soooo damn hungry, ravenous, my glucose levels are fine so its not carb craving, so i assume its real hunger, i could eat a scabby dead horse ...0 -
Could it be the cold eric, making you extra hungry?
Beanie - everything crossed for a delivery. Wish I could help. It's hard enough with snow when one is relatively 'mobile'. Must be veyr difficult with any mobility issues.
Victory - sorry you have put weight on - I know this must really get to you. But you are very poorly at the mo and it is very cold. To keep an iron grip on food at the moment would be more than most could cope with.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -

Just what I was going to say, it's the cold! the caveman in you wants to eat lots and survive the winter! Try making a big batch of soup maybe? I just had a lovely bowl of bacon (no fat), tomato, red pepper and lentil soup, filled me up and hit that 'comfort food' spot too!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
