black is nice seen as though its party season and its spangly :) there is a free trial on nutra check at the moment its really helping me using their online food diary it calculates your calories etc amazing what you actually eat compared to what you think you do! :)
  • Hey folks, can I join in please? I dunno if starting a diet 3 weeks before xmas is the best idea! However, I've noticed myself indulging more and giving myself the excuse that it's ok because it's the festive season where in reality xmas is only 1 day! I've got about 4 stone I want to lose and I figure if I can get a bit of a head start on my new years resolution diet then that can't hurt at all. So starting tomorrow I'm going to be calorie counting and upping my activity levels and I'll post any updates here. :)
Debt: Started at £4780, now at £4190 :)
Comp Wins 2014: None yet :(

Its a funny old thing this weight loss business, I lost next to sod all weight wise but according to the scales i put on 3lb of muscle and dropped 2.3% of body fat which is sweet, but i suspect some of this is water retention from training yesterday, but my focus has switched from cardio to muscle building, oh and i have been pigging out this week :(

but i do feel thinner, its defiantly going around my ribs, its just the damn apron that wont go ....

oh and my visceral fat (the dangerous stuff around the organs) dropped a point so :j 10 more points to go

Betty I have splashed out and got three dvd's one is Davina, one is Jessie Wallace, and I though a dose of Hannah Waterman would be a good range to rotate through along with the treadmill, I am looking forward to starting them on Tuesday whilst DD is in school and DH is at work, no one to stare at me, and just me and my own issues!

Yeh it is best to be alone in the house to do the dvds! I dont think I could stand jessie or hannah - too annoying. Luckily I love davina!!

    Vix - Dress C - lovely colour. :)
the lighter shades might be nice depending on your skin colour but can be draining on a lot of people.

    Welcome HelenPie!! :D
