Lose Weight 31

Just in case I don't achieve it by Wednesday (may have bounced back up again) this morning I weigh 73.0 kg. That's the first time I've achieved that figure in I don't know how many years. It's just below 7 1/2 stones.
I wanted to get down to 11 stones by the last day of the year, just a little under half a stone to lose in 4 weeks, seems unlikely because it has taken me since 26th October (when I rejoined https://www.weightlossresources.co.uk) to lose 4 pounds. 4 pounds in 6 weeks? It has taken a rigid adherence to 1100 cals/day to get there.
However, I am not discouraged - keep plodding on slooooowly and keep it off.
Best wishes to all. Now we've had a thaw and the main routes seem to be clear, we're going up to the Midlands as planned for the carol service at DH's granddaughters' school. This is all that Christmas means to me now. It doesn't mean cards, and presents, and shopping, and food, and tins of chocolates, and booze, and red-nosed reindeer, any of those things. It means the old story simply told in children's voices with music and candlelight. The highlight of last Christmas for us was a very special Christmas Eve service in Coventry Cathedral attended by a thousand people, followed the next morning by a simple Christmas Day service in the local parish church. Christmas lunch last year was sandwiches bought from a petrol station and eaten in the car!! Well, it was different at least.

Good ted!! You've gone up in my estimations!
I have had the weirdest week known to man. Its been a bad week in regards to my auntie dying, but ive never been happier. How completely strange is that? I spent the whole of yesterday laughing, i went out last night and had a fab time with my best chum. Im just happy! I even have a cold. I saw matts mum for the first time yesterday which was nice, no awkwardness there at all!
I got up late so havent had breakfast......only one kit kat and two advent chocolates ha. Healthy. Im off to the gym later, even though i cant breathe. I'll just do a gentle warm up and some "weights".0 -
Ooooops! Should have written 'just below 11 1/2 stones, not 7 1/2!!!'
I've counted all my calories for today, going to have sausage and mash for lunch then get on the road northwards.
I seem to be losing at a rate of approx 1 kg/month. Well, that's not quick, but at least it is happening.Ær ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.

You didnt give some lame excuse as to why! I think the reason people eat is a bit more black and white than people want to admit.
There is a woman at work, shes russian. We literally play this game all day about how much a man would have to pay me for me to have sex with him. So i would go to you, how much would scarymary have to pay you in order for you to have sex with her. We go through people at work and customers who come in the door. Its all about eye contact too, its a game on so many levelsThats mainly what i laugh at. Oh and then yesterday i totally went into my friends mikes groin when i bent over which was amusing. Oh and then i spent a bit of the day pretending to look up a silicone spoon with the russian lady whilst actually looking up make up.
So you asked ted, now i bet you wish you hadnt
I might show you guys some potential dresses and clothes i need for this month. I need an outfit for when i go ice skating in london. An outfit for christmas dinner with my friends and another outfit for christmas day. I'll value ones opinion!0 -
Fellpony - you must be a very proud mum, and I don't know how you held the tears in.
