Early morning is 3am and for no reason of bladder--if you ever have the unfortunate experieince of going into a hospital for the mentally ill the place 'lights up' at 3am as loads of wondering souls surface for no good reason other than emw--5am is just an early starter but 3am is a sleep pattern interference--deep sleep is disturbed! most burgulars choose to do their deeds between 3 and 4am!mfw'11 No68- 55k mortgage İO--little to nothing saved! i must do better.0

For everyone who's saying there's no gainers this week - there was - I'm not highlighting anyone as I don't want to make anyone feel embarrassed but it is on the chart.
Fell - sounds like you and your daughter had a fantasic day - very well deserved too.
How's the snow for people - we've had hardly any and it's now pouring with rain and 5 degrees.0 -

Oh what a fabulous day we have had here, we were picked up this morning in a stretch limo and travelled to St James Park, Newcastle, to collect DD's Brave Heart Award that she has won.:DOh what a way to travel, neon lights inside a cheerful chaufeur and just being able to chill out and enjoy the journey. DD got an electric piano for her prize, she was delighted and so well behaved, it's easy to forget she's five. We met Carol Malia from the BBC as she handed out the awards, were spoiled for the afternoon with a fabulous magician show, then travelled home again in style, getting in just in time to see DD on the BBC getting her award! :T:T:T
Now, I don't want you to start getting panicky and thinking I'm a weirdo, but.... the picture in your local paper of your little girl is gorgeous, she's such a cutie (not sure about the dodgy woman stood to the left mind you)! What a fantastic day, and thoroughly well deserved for your girlie. It sounds like you all had a fabulous day.
fred - oh how I wish it were 5* here. We had -8* here last night, and a balmy -6* all day. You feel every one of those minuses when you're without any heating I can tell you. Sat here in my fleece, with fluffy bedsocks on (in the lounge). The fan oven is coming into it's own as a heating appliance though.
Hope you all have a good weekend, and here's hoping we get a thaw in the very near future. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

subway are one of there biggest sponsors so you need to take everything they say with a pinch of salt
however compared to the normal fast food outlets there food can be very healthy if you go for the wholegrain roles with chicken breast and a lot salad / veg on it
if you eat a meatball sub with cheese etc you may as well eat a big mac meal
looking at this list many of them are pretty low caloried, especially when a big mac is 500 cals on its own
