I don't wake early in the morning for any reason, too cold to be waking and walking about at that time of the morning:rotfl::rotfl:;)

if you ask any psychiatrist what one ofthe most common symptoms of depression is it will be early morning in 9 out of 10 patients--i have suffered clinical depression and it caused me to wake up before i was put on the right anti depressants--i have been through the complete spectrum of care and have studied psychiatric symptoms in detail. i even dated a psychiatrist and helped her study for her consultants exam!

Well done to Puddings for SOTW, and stay away from that big bucket of yoghurt! :D
Eric you have done so well, don't beat your self up for being 3lb off target, think of how much you have lost and how well you are doing. :j
Victory please go and see your doctor huni, just to make sure you are ok. Even just a fresh set of ears to bash can be helpful.

Oh what a fabulous day we have had here, we were picked up this morning in a stretch limo and travelled to St James Park, Newcastle, to collect DD's Brave Heart Award that she has won. :D:DOh what a way to travel, neon lights inside a cheerful chaufeur and just being able to chill out and enjoy the journey. DD got an electric piano for her prize, she was delighted and so well behaved, it's easy to forget she's five. We met Carol Malia from the BBC as she handed out the awards, were spoiled for the afternoon with a fabulous magician show, then travelled home again in style, getting in just in time to see DD on the BBC getting her award! :T:T:T

Been really good food wise too and Sary, although new treadmill hasn't been used yet as we have been out all day it will get used at the weekend, (we're in hospital tomorrow!) so am hoping that I can start on a loss next week. ;)

Well done to everyone on no gainers!! Is that a first Fred?
