    @vicki hugs

    margaretclare re: "foods that made billions", i havent watched any of the programmes yet , but wonder if its a coincidence that two of the shows are about cereal and yoghurt, and they happen to be two of the three identified trigger foods that start me off binge? mmm

    i might also point out that tesco now sell a ten kilogram bucket of yoghurt! I spotted it last sunday. thanks goodness it's just natural and not fruit flavour, otherwise i might have been tempted to buy and try eat it all at once

    I would say the evidence from this eric is that [STRIKE]fat people [/STRIKE] you are great at avoiding evidence and are very very hard on yourself: you have lost an incredible anmount of weight this year, have worked very hard and done brilliantly dispite significant health problems. To be ONLY 3 lbs off your desired target at this stage is phenominal. To be so raging angry and to see this resultas feeble and truth bending is seems a disproportionate response.

    However, if being so focussed, and unable to allow yourself any leeway is the only way you have lost so much then I can see this is just how it has to be for you.

    8-10 inches of snow for us over night:eek: The ^sda grocery shop didn't make it either...
    I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Eric I think you have done amazingly well ...... I have found it very hard this year and I have only lost 1/2 the amount of weight you have!! Considering how long you couldn't train for I think being 3lb down on your target is truly fantastic. Stop being so hard on yourself and I don't believe that you have a very very long way to go :p

    We have had only about 2inches of snow overnight so I am going to go out and play with the road chaos and attempt to get to Hampshire. I have packed a silver blanket, a fleece blanket, gloves, socks and some glow sticks to have a rave if I get stranded :rotfl:

    Vixarooni - Sorry for your loss ((hugs)) you have had it rough recently, Keep your chin up x

    Have a good weekend everyone x
    Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

    Need to loose 25lb / 3lb lost so far :(
